i asked for a venti americano in a trenta cup with extra ice and they refused to do so. i went so far as to say i would pay for the cup. i have never had an issue at any other starbucks with my order.
I was so looking forward to going into Starbucks because I only use the drive through. Total let down. #1 they don't have enough employees to keep things running smoothly. The front was of store was dirty, floor needed to be swept. #2 Huge disappointment they advertise stuff they don't have. It was busy, Black Friday at 10 am. 3# No hot cup covers and I was on a date with my 9yr old nephew. I wanted him to enjoy the experience.

Every weekend I come to this store to purchase 2 Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappe and every weekend they are out of the ingredients seems to me they should know the demand of the after a few years now and keep enough product in stock, not sure what the problem this is the only store I seem to have issues with

The Starbucks I frequent the most. Friendly staff, otherwise, it is your typical Starbucks. Very busy during peak times.
