walked in because the car lines was 5-6 deep. walked in only 1 group of 3 waiting. waited for about 10 minutes and no blended drink. one of the staff sees my obvious waiting and asked for the name on the order, i give it and they will be starting on it next. too late and i ask for a refund and the amount is not the same as i paid. they can not or will not give me back the tip i gave them. so this place stole my tip money because i used a credit card/plastic they have no way of crediting back the tip amount? seem like bullshit to me. they can accept the tip from plastic and credit cards but can not give it back to the credit card? REALLY? I do know what the problem was. the people taking the orders did just that. only 2 staff were making any drinks. the other 3 staff were standing around waiting for drinks they were not assisting in the making of the drinks needed. so basically dead weight after taking the orders. they offered me a gift card for 4$, but the fact they take tips on credit and yet cannot give that back is what really bothers me. the owner needs to step up and allow their employees to make the situation right, and not hide behind corporate policies that are stupid.

It’s always a pleasant experience going here. After all, they do try their best with what they offer and their customer service. The drinks are usually great! 9.5/10. We’re all humans and sometimes can’t always be 100% which we should try to understand. If I can’t get up and do 100 every day, I don’t think it’s fair to expect that from anyone else. Always my favorite starbies to go to!
I pre-ordered through the app and picked it up from the drive-thru. My order was ready when I got to the window. Everything was correct. Johnny was very nice.
It was drive through for coffee. Order was messed up, but they made it right. Pleased to have this location iny home town.

This is the absolute slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It took about 15 minutes to get an iced green tea and a caramel macchiato.
I placed a mobile order this morning. I approved about 10 minutes after placing it, walked it and nothing was ready. I waited another 10 minutes before any drinks were ready. The service was horrible. The worker with blue hair was the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. For $7 a drink, you’d think asking for a cup of cream wouldn’t be the end of the world! The man next to us was nice enough to split his because she couldn’t be bothered to help. Very rude staff.

I love the Nitro Cold Brew and Impossible Breakfast sandwich. Inside is crowded, I definitely felt like I was in other people's personal space just walking to the pick-up counter. I had to wait for someone to notice me in order to get Stevia; not sure why they took out the "fixings" bar. I'm over the whole asking for tips. No one waited on me or cleaned a table for me. Someone used spout to pour my coffee and a microwave for my sandwich. They are paid hourly, not $2-3/ hr. I don't tip the cooks in fast food restaurants. Why am I pressured into tipping here? Same goes for all non-traditional restaurants, like Subway. I'm not tipping, stop asking.

Some of y'all have NEVER worked in customer service and it shows. This is a fantastic location with some hard working and dedicated workers. Customers should do better ??♀️
