Me and my girlfriend waited outside for the glass bear just for a employee to buy them all before the store opened is that not against policy. Why even waste my time if you guys will just buy everything behind closed doors! NO RESPECT for loyal customers

I've figured out their scheme! They keep it even colder inside than outside to convince you to buy something warm. For those with limited budgets (such as students), best to bring a coat if you plan on sitting still and working for a while. All that aside, the drinks are fantastic, the camaraderie is lovely, and the prices are generally warranted.

Highly disappointed with service. My dog has a mouth tumor and the girl at the window refused to give me a spoon with the pup cup so I could feed my dog his pup cup. She rolled her eyes and said “it’s a pup cup”. All other drinks were good. Service 0/10. I hope you never get cancer.

I love! :-)
This is my third and last time going to this Starbucks. They constantly forget to give me my coffee and this last time I had to remind them 4 times before they finally got it to me 10 minutes later. They overfilled my father’s drink so much it splashed out the top and burned him. They have the air conditioning so high everyone in there has a sweater or jacket on.

Employees were are baristas they were very knowledgeable they made the process easy when my friend made it very difficult by every aspect of the visit the barista handled it delicately with a smile on her face

Cam was very disrespectful and had the worst attitude. I’m not sure how he got a managerial or a supervisor position with his nasty attitude. Also, the white girl who was at the window and who took my order (I should have got her name too) was disrespectful and nasty, as well.
I went through the drive thru on 7/23 and the white girl who was taking the orders through the intercom was being smart about how I had just placed my online order in which I didn’t and if I did, I arrived at the time that it told me to arrive so that comment was unnecessary and it was the way she said it that was uncalled for. She could’ve just politely said we will have the drink ready for you when you come to the window (like any other considerate employee would have done), everything else was uncalled for especially towards a paying customer who used to come very frequently especially when customers were BOYCOTTING, I was still coming but not anymore. I then asked to get a refund because at this point I’m not paying for a drink at a place that doesn’t appreciate their customers and that doesn’t know how to talk to people so Cam comes and instead of apologizing on how I was being treated, he insists to ask me while making faces & rolling his eyes “do you want a refund or not” when I asked him about how did he not think the girl was disrespectful towards me. That attitude right now is ridiculous. You don’t ask A CUSTOMER that - obviously I do need a refund but as a “manager” or “supervisor” you need to apologize on behalf of your employee to not treat customers the way that she did. I’m not your little friend that you can be snappy with.
That type of service will not be tolerated and I will no longer be giving this location my hard earned money especially given I would go every other day. They need to be more friendly and appreciate the people who are putting money in their pockets - without customers, there will be no Starbucks on Reynolds road.

My favorite location by far. Mainly because of the baristas. That said, the original crew, before the remodel, was the best! I'm an evening customer, after 6pm. Might have to alter the review through as lately the crew seems split up and it's just not as spot on, quick and efficient..recently. I go there 7 days a week so Hopefully it's due to a different store remodeling just throwing out scheduling.
