I get the same drink every time and I know each person/store might make it different but this is by far the nastiest white mocha with almond milk I have ever had. Oh and not a peep out of anyone when I walked in or when I was walking out. They need to wipe down some counters while they’re at it as well. I couldn’t hardly pick up my protein box because it was stuck to the pick up tray

This place randomly started renovations without saying anything, offering a timeline or return, or updating Google to say they were closed. It's quite inconvenient to think the location is open on maps and you pull up to the only drive thru location on this side of town and it's not even open ... It sucks because I actually really enjoyed going to this location. :(

I bit into an egg bite and it was burnt. It was a very displeasing experience. I have never had to spit out anything I purchased from Starbucks before and have to turn around and go back to inform the staff. This was during a morning rush so I was trying to get to work too. Even after this experience there were some ups. The gentleman in the drive through was very nice and when i got there to get another order of egg bites the staff were apologetic. You could smell something burnt when you walked in lol (it just had to be my food). The coffee was delicious but will I buy egg bites again from this location.........absolutely NOT

I had something mildly off about my drink today, I really just needed to verify that it was indeed my drink. I was totally fine with what I was given but they insisted I get the right drink.
