Have been to this particular Subway several times for lunch; convenient because it is close to my job. Today just was a bad customer service ever! Ordered a tuna sub to dine in, after sitting down just went to the line to ask for SALT. Even though he was busy, i just asked for salt; he then turned to one of his coworkers and just asked her: “ did you put salt in his sandwich.”: he then said they had no salt ! I asked just to pour some in my hand then and told me to get in the line! This was very, very un- professional, rude and unacceptable. It’s a shame because it’s a nice, cozy store but when you are treated like that just because I asked for salt? Then put salt shakers in the Damm place or get rid of your Bad customer service!!!

Literally the Backbone of Wake Forest. This is where you go when you need food past 10pm which is often in College. Food’s not meant to be great, you’ll be too wasted or exhausted to tell anyway. Pretty lit.

Used the drive through HORRIBLE!!!!!! i had to repeat everything at least twice and they still got it wrong. Example. 4 chocolate chip cookies....what sauce did you want? roastbeef foot long on italian herb and cheese...do you want that toasted... no what did i get? 6" toasted BMT with oil and vinegar. Where they kind or even apologize when i parked and went in NO. And when they started to remake my foot long roast beef....after i even said those word exactly... he starts making a 6". The other employee gave me the stink eye the whole time. they put just below minimum roast beef on the sandwich too,

Good weekend/ holiday / late night option to eat on campus as it is open when most restaurants are closed. I've been satisfied with the service each time I've visited this location. Good for a quick bite.

I ordered three sandwiches online. I've had these sandwiches before ordered at the drive-thru. These particular sandwiches were absolutely disgusting. They were soggy they were put together in a sloppy manner.one sandwich was unedible.I'm very disappointed in this order because I have a brace on my leg and in disabled right now I could not get up and take the sandwiches back to show the manager what a sloppy mess.Thesandwiches were and how expensive they were to not be able to eat them. I will not be back and I will encourage others not to go to this Subway because of their poor performance.
