The people in this place are very friendly and above all, they attended to us in our language and were very cervical and patient.

Would give less stars if I could. The Indian lady that works there STAYS ON HER PHONE 24/7 seems like. It is sooo rude. I work in customer service soo that really missed me off.

Did not like the Asian lady that works here, she was rude and she acted like she didn’t understand any of my requests that I asked for regarding my sub, if you don’t understand what I’m asking for then you shouldn’t be working at a subway, also there was little to no meat in my subs. This was the hardest time I’ve ever had in any subway. Very disappointed

I am new to Subway. I love Wawa, but there's no Wawa in North Carolina. Tuna sandwich is my fave. Great place. Great customer service.

I had been looking forward to trying one of the new footlong pretzels ever since they came out. It had no butter on it and it was as hard as a rock. The wrap that I received was swimming in sauce, although I'd requested light sauce. The bagged chips and Sprite were the best part of the meal.

Swindlers and scammers of the worst kind... They say your coupon has already been read.... (Which it wasn't) or they say they don't take them.. then WHY ? Do they send out coupons...? To fish the people in and say no coupons... Every subway is run by hoodlums... Will never, ever return ! And I have a bunch of friends that we talked about the same issue, they agreed ? also noticed the same also notice

This one the only location in the area that accepts coupons . I took my new coupon and said it wasn’t being read by the computer and still charged me full price without seeming to care . I told them it’s a ripoff the lady didn’t flinch. I’m not going back

I purchased an online order. Was at the store at 8:30pm. Two employees were seen in the store. Looked right at me and refused to help even after I told them I had an online order. Watched the female send me straight to voicemail on the phone. They closed the store early. And refused to either give me my order I paid for or my money back. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:40 store doesn’t close until 9. And I arrived at 8:30. Still don’t have my refund or food. Something needs to be done about these employees and hopefully I get my money back and compensation for my troubles of lack of customer service. I will never go to this store again.
