Place some mobile order online. When I arrive, they stated that my order was already picked up by someone else under the same name. I provided an email and confirmation that I’m placed to order 15 mins prior. The associate kept arguing with me stating that someone already picked it up. I told him that you must’ve given my food to someone else so that’s your problem. I need you to make mu order. They went ahead and made my order, but they gave me such a evil eye while preparing my food. This place is very unprofessional and they seems they only care about profit subway should just definitely close this location down.

ordered online and it took my money and they said they never received the order on their end, so now i’m out $46 and no food. also whoever answers the phone needs to learn how to speak clearly cause i couldn’t understand a word she said. yall do better.

They just take ppls money and don't care that they never got the order. So I paid for food they kept. And hang up or take the phone off the hook to keep from dealing with you. I ordered online.

Every time we go to this location, staff is incredibly snarky, arrogant, and rude. My wife and I have had a few homophobic encounters at this location as well from staff members and we have always felt incredibly uncomfortable everytime we go. We have been stared at and not spoken to, asked personal and invasive questions about our relationship and personal lives, and overall had incredibly awkward moments. We feel rushed and unwelcome. Tonight, we made the decision to go to another Subway all together because we did not want to deal with them. Avoid if you’re queer, and honest to god please hire new people.

My work buddy and i have tried 2 other subway shops in the last couple of months and weren't happy with any of them. Then we went and gave subway 1 more shot with the reynolda location. Jackpot. This place is much better. Staff is pleasant. Quick. Clean. No comparison. Go to reynolda subway next to cici pizza. We drive right by northpoint and rhe university by sams to get there. You wont regret it

The only problem is that when you leave a tip on the machine when you pay with your card. SUBWAY keeps 50% of the tips. How could you do that to your employees. That's basically stealing from your workers, who by the way are running the whole show, to me. Bring cash if you're going to tips. They get to keep it all if it's cash. Boo on you SUBWAY owners!!!

don’t have a drive through if you can’t understand anything someone is saying and ask the same question ten times and still get it wrong. i have never been so frustrated ordering ?‍♀️ this store could use an update for sure.ETA: ordering ahead online a kids meal comes with apple sauce and a juice (or milk). when asked at the window they refused to give a juice with the order and said it’s either apple sauce or juice. since when?? terrible customer service.

Have been to this particular Subway several times for lunch; convenient because it is close to my job. Today just was a bad customer service ever! Ordered a tuna sub to dine in, after sitting down just went to the line to ask for SALT. Even though he was busy, i just asked for salt; he then turned to one of his coworkers and just asked her: “ did you put salt in his sandwich.”: he then said they had no salt ! I asked just to pour some in my hand then and told me to get in the line! This was very, very un- professional, rude and unacceptable. It’s a shame because it’s a nice, cozy store but when you are treated like that just because I asked for salt? Then put salt shakers in the Damm place or get rid of your Bad customer service!!!
