7-11-25 at around 7:15pm this Evening crew/ Young ladies were extremely rude and not welcoming at ALL! Customer service is important and customers appreciate that we don’t need attitude when placing an order that’s your job to be pleasant when serving customers and tonight the two young ladies failed!

The 2 African American women helped me out when I had nowhere to turn From a homeless military veteran living in a baseball dugout because the Veterans Administration top tier of executives are insulated from the ground floor employees up under them their hands are tied putting homeless veterans in hotels during the phony pandemic WHATS THE EXCUSE NOW???

I have been going to this subway for years. I came in today to order and there were roaches running in the vegetable's bins. When the customer in front of me noticed the gal working hurried up and carried the veggie bins to back. I was told they have sticky pads all over in the back because of all the roaches they get.

The only time I order from Subway is when I have a coupon for a footlong at $6.99. I ask for extra meat, an additional charge of $3; savings from the coupon covers that cost. Without the coupon, Subway meat portions are skimpy, not worth the cost. As the meat/cheese is already pre-sliced and parsed, (not fresh cut), perhaps the reason some/if not all Subways’ have screens blocking that portion of the sandwich build. Else why hide that part?

Hello good evening my name is Brittney, I came about a couple days ago I believe either this past Saturday or Sunday. Me and my spouse both got the BLT on 6 inch garlic herb and cheese bread, observing our subs being made we noticed there were cross contamination with the cold and hot food. Once getting home my spouse ate her sub she felt immediately sick afterwards. I didn't think anything of it due to maybe she ate too late but now it has been a whole week she has been sick from eating that sub.

Put in an online order and showed up for it at the scheduled time. (9:45am). It was not ready I told them I would come back on my lunch break (1:30pm). Again, it was not ready. I told him I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund because I wouldn’t have time to eat it. And they told me to call the app support. That does not work. I get no refund and I guess I just donated i$12 to Subway.
The assistant manager her is amazing. She was very fast and asked a couple questions you don't normally hear, like if the bacon looked good or needed to be crispier. Amazing service. Get her a raise.

Fast and friendly employees. They actually know how 2 make a sandwich evenly with meat and vegetables in every bite instead of all vegetables on the top cut end (almost like a taco ya'll know what I mean lol). Nothing fell off my sandwich nor was messy like other subway sandwiches. Great job ladies. Best one in Winston-Salem by far.

There's nothing like being hungry and craving some subway only to find that they've closed early. No sign. No apparent reason. Open sign still turned on. Unbelievable.
