The boy seemed very uninterested in making my vegetable sandwich , I had to ask him for more lettuce as all he put on it was about a tablespoon full and he skipped on the peppers, olives and everything I asked for ,this was the first time I have ever been disappointed with Subway.More training for that boy I say.

I placed an online order. When I went in there my order wasn't ready, which was completely understandable. I waited in line and when she got to me, she asked me if she could help and I explained that I placed an order online and she told me that I had to go sit and wait because 4 orders had came in all at the same time. THIS I did NOT understand. I just waited in line for the 4 people who were in front of me and now you're telling me I have to sit and wait again so you can take the person who came in after me just so I could get my 2 6inch sandwiches? Then she complained about how I placed my order. There were 3 people in there and it wasn't that busy to the point where someone couldn't have finished my order within the 45 minutes total I waited for 2 6inch subs. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!

Literally stood in line for A HOUR waiting to be helped and to get my food made. There was 3 employees working. 2 of them kept stopping to work on the online order instead of just 1 and the other helping the 15 plus customers in line. The other employee stood at the cash register the whole time instead of helping. Then when I finally got my sub it wasn’t even a full 6 inch, it was burnt and completely squished and soaked in sauce. This has to be the WORST customer service and subway restaurant I’ve been to.

Sigh. Subway is one of those foods that sounds like a good idea, and then it's not. It's an easy lunch when I'm in the office and I haven't been in a solid year. I was the only person in there at 11:30. The restaurant did appear clean at that time and the menu has definitely been updated, so I tried one of the clubs. The workers didn't even greet me or ask about my order, just put on gloves and starred at me. My sub was taken out of the toaster before it beeped, and the bacon definitely reflects that. They do have Apple Pay which is nice. I got a 6in + sub chips for $9. If subway's your jam, good for you. I'll stick to other spots.

Who is the bearded rude guy I've seen the past 2 times? The owner? He wears sports hats not Subway hats so I assume he's not a regular employee.I get the vibe it sucks working with him. He's not pleasant. I didn't like the way he talked to the customer in front of me so I didn't order. The person with me told me outside they didn't even want to order from him because he seemed annoyed.I see some other recent reviews that seem to be about him too. He needs to get a better personality at work because we won't be back. Too bad when other employees are nice.

Refusing to accept coupon mailers distributed by their corporate office. The employee working is rude and a nasty person. Don't waste your time here. Go elsewhere. Pretty sure I saw roaches on my way out the door.

One of the gentlemen working behind the counter had much attitude with myself and the customer in front of me. I left without ordering. I know places are short staffed and folks have bad days but if you are going to have attitude with customers I don't believe you should have a public job. I will not be back

Not very good service. Big guy with tattoos, is always angry every time I've ever talked with him. Ask him for something on the sandwich, we haven't had that in 5 years when it's a staple item. Only thing thats going for it is that it don't have any competition in the immediate area.
