9-25-25: Thought it was going to be a good trip to subway to order for me and my coworkers. Boy was I wrong! I had all my coworkers orders written down. Walked in and there was 1 customer in front of me. The employees took their time with her which was not a problem for me because that’s what I would have wanted as well when ordering. Well I let the employee know I have 5 different subs with 5 different payments. She got the first 2 subs correct . Then she asks me what type of bread for the other 2. I informed her Italian herbs and cheese. I was informed they do not have that bread. Yet the bread was sitting on a stand behind the counter in the open and I was informed it had to sit for 30 minutes. Mind you the bread had been sitting out way before I arrived ! But yet I was told we do not have that bread . The 1st lie to my face! As this is going on there are 2 customers waiting behind me. Of course I’m trying to rush myself through but yet I was even more rushed by the employees . I informed the employee that it was okay I would like to have white bread with an Italian blt. Mind you there is 2 employees. 1 helping me , then the other one rushing me and had the nerve to say to me “you’ve been standing here for a while and you don’t know what you want yet ?” She was informed by me “sorry I had to worry about my coworkers and making sure the subs were correct before worrying about myself”. Then she proceeds to help the customer after me and makes his 2 subs rather than making my sub that I asked for. When I go to check out I informed the employee it’s separate payments and she only had 4 sandwiches. I informed her my sandwich did not get made. She looked over at the employee and informed her about my sandwich and the lady said she did not tell me she wanted white bread. I looked and said it’s okay clearly you didn’t want my part of the money, although I gave you 4 other payments, you could of at least made my sub. Moral of the story. Customer service is absolutely the worst here ! I gave you 4 different payments for you to not care about the individual giving you money. I had to leave empty handed on a upset stomach due to an employee’s rationalized lazy opinion ! Not to mention my boyfriend had to bring me a sandwich to my job because of this lazy act.

HAIR IN FOOD AND NO OFFER TO REFUND MONEY JUST TO REMAKE , why would I eat from a place that contaminates food . this will be dealt with oh and yeah the food was for children with long blonde hair in it !

I love Subway and highly recommend. Mom and I have been to Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's. But neither compare to Subway. I definitely recommend and give them 👍👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stopped in a few minutes ago to grab some food before the storm got too bad. In casual conversation I asked how early the girls working were getting off today and they said same time as normal. I’m disappointed to hear that. The company I work for along with so many others are closed today for the weather advisory. Prioritize your staff during these times.
Food was great as always, thank you to the girl who always puts up with my weird sandwich requests.

Literally just experienced the worst customer service ever...I tried to download the app in store...2 lazy ass female employees didn't offer any reasoning... white Caucasian male came in and received amazing service... It's ashame in 2024, Black Americans receive the worst customer service! Me and My husband just got off work...trust me I don't make sandwiches for a living either...I'm pissed!!!!

Everything you ask for the ladies ignore completely. Messed up my food then act like i’m crazy because i’m having to repeat myself and stop the ladies every step of the way from not listening there were only two customers in the whole store. Everybody can’t work food industry jobs.
