Do not come here. They do not honor coupons. Plus next door being worked on. Yet other customers left over coupons. All about the money at this location. Plus zero BBQ baked chips or Lay's. We will not be back.I support all but this one.

The young man who took my order was very professional and courteous. That might be the expectation, but it's not always what you receive. As I left the store, I reflected on this experience and wanted to make sure he got the credit he deserves! (I visited on 11/29/23 at 12:10 pm.)

I don’t understand why every Subway closes a full hour before their listed closing time. The employees have AirPods in, already threw most of the product and closed everything up, and give us dirty looks when we walk in a full hour before them closing.I’ve worked in fast-service, I understand you want to get home, but like, c’mon.

It takes a lot to be an exceptional fast food sandwich place.These guys made a really good sandwich. A lot of meat. A good deal of veggies.They suggested the adding of the spices, etc.

I will never go to the Hanes Mall Blvd location again! People use coupons and I had a subway coupon still in date for a $5.99 6 inch meal but was told they do not accept them and when I asked why was told it was the owners decision! So with that being said this is the only subway I have had this issue with and whoever the owner is needs to get a grip! If you don’t want your store to participate then make sure it’s on the coupon! This location will not get another dollar from me!
