Girl gave herself a hefty tip for food poisoning type sandwich. I told her I DID NOT authorize the tip she argued with me for quite some told me it was not negotiable. 20 minutes later I finally demanded all of my money back in full. Returned the food. What a disgrace. WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN. SO RUDE SO DISRESPECTFUL CHEATEDDDD ME OUT OF MY MONEY NEVER AGAIN

Me: are you sure? I used the same coupon for this same sandwich for year(s)!
Cashier: I can show you my scanner does not work.

Cashier: well, my scanner has a technical glitch, so I cannot show you.

Instead of using a coupon to buy a foot long sandwich with $6.99, I ended up buying this sandwich with $11.79 which had 4 small pieces of meats!
What a grifter for this chain store!

My boyfriend and I got there 15 minutes before close. The hours on the door say they are open until 10 and it was 9:45. We walked in and they told us they’re closed. They weren’t even nice about it they just stared at us for a minute and then said they were closed. I said the door says they’re open until ten. They continued to stare at us, so we walked out. I am very upset by this experience.

Terrible customer service. All I asked was could I change the pick up time for my order I was told no she said she already made the sandwich (even though I have been able to with no problems before) asked could I cancel and reorder my food, I was told no. Asked for a refund I was told no. Ask for a supervisor I was laughed at and told no.i came in person to speak with someone and the food I ordered wasn’t even made but I was told earlier it was made seems untrue. I was told to cancel my order online BUT THERE IS NO SUCH OPTION. The owner gave me the run around and everyone basically stated that they will be holding my money hostage. Canceled my account I’m done with subway

Everyone’s nice but the Spanish ladies do not put enough meat on the sandwiches. The white ladies who work there do though so I’ll try and catch their shift because this is the second time these Spanish ladies don’t put enough meat on my sandwich. Why so stingy???

I asked for my 6 inch sandwich to be toasted and before they could put the sandwich on the toaster “tray”, it fell on the floor. The employee just picked it up and shook it off and was going to just put my sandwich on it. I declined getting it toasted that night. I think this will be one of the last times I ever go to a subway.

Lettuce looked brownish was told it the lights (really!)
The bread is soft and gummy I guess it's not baked in house or fresh
When I went here I swore I wouldn't go to Subway 5 months earlier, I should of listened to myself
Publix or Harris Teeter would be better.

I have never had a bad sandwich here, and the workers are generally pretty nice and professional. But small things can become annoying, like the brewed tea being emptied and cleaned for the night well before closing time - what if customers don't want soda? Pay almost double for a bottled juice or water?

I wasn't going to write about it at all until after last night - I went in at 8pm for dinner and soon after being seated with my sandwich (and a soda because the tea was already emptied), one of the staff walked over and said that the dining room was closed for the night because she had already cleaned it... at 8pm... two hours before closing... so I wrapped everything up and uncomfortably ate a messy, foot-long sandwich in my car.

I doubt this is a management decision, and rather just staff trying to finish tasks ahead of time so they can leave early. And in my experience, Subway franshisees almost never read reviews so it's likely nothing will change, but oh well

The service was not good at all. I love to come to this subway because its clean inside but then the service is bad. No smiles no hey how are you. Attitudes and when they ran out of all three mayo squeeze bottle instead of refilling it she just threw in some mayo packets called it a day. There were two girls one was fed up from the other one and you could tell which caused her to give us bad service as well. Disappointed. I just left there.
