Ordered through their app last night for delivery never got notified it was picked up with driver last night subway said it was picked up by another customer and her son last night by accident but today when I called to get my money back get told it was picked up by door dash however door dash and GrubHub both have no record of a driver being assigned the lady even stated the system accidentally marked it as pickup instead of delivery I'm out 28 dollars and they refused to reimburse me when I told them I could prove I didn't come pick up the order
The service here is OK I'm not really into the size of the place. BUT I really love the FOOD. It is e-mazing!! I love this place BUT I had to average it out the best I could.

I ordered online and had delivered. The problem isnt with the delivery The problem is I ordered Italian bread I got herb and cheese bread I ordered my sub toasted it’s barely even warm I ordered banana peppers Not a single banana pepper to be found I ordered fresh cookies these cookies are almost burnt no mustard no mayonnaise no vinegar extra extra extra salt. Will never order from this subway again. Just horrible

Bad food and a Indian was beating really disrespectful and disgusting pleas do not come here it looks like his employees if he is a manager the employees look at him with hate don’t come here employees look for a better job you deserve a better manager is he is your manager

Ordered pick up and was never received, had to wait through line anyway. Don’t bother ordering online or through the app they won’t receive it. After calling for over an hr had to go inside cause they won’t answer the phone and they hadn’t even received my order even after the app said it was ready, app is a lie.

Entered the store no one was in line and I had to wait to be greeted. I placed my order the ingredients were not fresh at all! My bread was old. This will be my first and last time eating here. These folks have no clue as to what fresh means! Save your money.

The sandwich that I ordered was mediocre to say the very least. It tasted absolutely wretched... The lettuce was brown and wilted, the olives were seemingly spoiled, and the meat tasted bad... The service was equally as crappy. The woman that took my order and toasted my sandwich had no idea what a classic Italian sub was. The sandwich was rung up as a "Hotshot Italian", which is supposed to get 2× cheese. I had to remind her to add the extra cheese. If I'm already being charged for 2× cheese, I want what I paid for. I had to tell her twice that I didn't care for jalapeños as well... The list goes on and on... If the public is going to be charged top dollar for a sandwich, it should at least be a delicious sandwich.. Extremely dissatisfied with my dining experience there...

I order ahead on the app and got there when the lady (dark skinned Hispanic lady)was making it, I seen she was putting jalapeño peppers and onions on the sandwich that isn’t supposed to have any, I inform her and she gives me and attitude saying that’s she just makes the sandwich how it is on the receipt, after showing her that the receipt proves she’s wrong she doesn’t even apologizes she just says oh yea, as a paying customer I don’t want that jalapeño and onion juice on my plain sandwich and not only that after I left I seen she mixed up the cheeses on both sandwiches. I’ve never been disappointed with my subway purchase since you make it to your liking but this lady ruined it, and as someone who is on their lady cycle (that same day)that sandwich ruined my day and made me emotional.subway is usually my comfort food so thanks a lot. It was that dark skin Hispanic lady, she was speaking Spanish which is how I know she’s hispanic and was working with the young teen girl.

I placed my mobile order and headed straight to the store to pick it up as it is close by. My order was ready when I arrived; however, upon arriving home and handing out the sandwiches to family members, we discovered there were multiple issues with all of our sandwiches. Two sandwiches were completely drenched in sauce when asked for the "normal" amount, one was missing the smashed avocado that I paid $2 extra to add, and all three were smashed barely shut because there were too many toppings; also, the steak subs were ice cold despite having chosen to have them toasted, and they wouldn't have gone cold within 5 minutes.

Very every upset, unfortunately Natalie and Stella were unaware that I speak Spanish so they decided to talk bad about me in Spanish amongst each other right in front of me. And then when I placed my order I put no mayonnaise they literally clumped my sub of mayonnaise!The date of my order was 5/16/24 at 1:05 pm.I asked for corporate number and they told me they didn't have it.

The manager refused to take my coupon that I had present it to him and when I told him to please figure it out he take my food back and throw it behind the counter that’s very unprofessional I’m a manager at a restaurant too so I know how these things go and then he claim he was giving me a discount for $7.99 and he didn’t he charge me full price which was $12.99 for a footlong Sub meal. I told him That was not nice I wanted my food order and I want it made over the correct way since she threw my food behind the counter
