I had never stopped by Sushi Rose before, but I’m glad I did. I tried the Acevichado Roll, Scottish Salmon Roll, and Tofu Aburi Roll, and all were excellent. The rice had a great texture that paired perfectly with the fresh fish.
Their vegan options are also really cool for anyone with dietary preferences. Raquel, the hostess, was super friendly and helped me pick the perfect rolls.
Overall, a chill spot with great food that’s perfect for a date or a relaxed night out with friends and family.

Experience overall was top notch. Second time coming back and WELL worth it. Our server Eli was INCREDIBLE from start to finish. They really made us feel welcome and were the perfect amount of attentiveness. They suggested great food AND drink options that were 100% spot on. Eli even spent extra time giving back story of the restaurant and their own background which always makes the experience wonderful. The overall atmosphere is dark and intimate, great for a date or to unwind after a long day. The sushi we had was incredible, literally zero edits. Even the rice was perfect and unique to anything I’ve had before. If you’re still thinking about going, just do it!

Went for our anniversary and had an absolutely fantastic time. The food was unique and everything was incredible. Eli was friendly, attentive and an amazing server. One of our favorite restaurants. The food and service are always top tier. The owners are friendly and, on our visit this evening, Eli was an exceptional waiter. Fiery ceviche, lomo saltado and the angry jalapeño are some of my family’s go-to dishes. We’ve visited several times and it’s always a great experience.
