I have been eating there for years without a problem. But this time, I ordered the Beef Egg Foo Young and the sauce was spoiled. But what really stunned me was the response I got when I called to let them know to check their gravy. The lady indicated that they I would need to bring it in so it can be proven as she doesn't believe what I said. I said from the beginning that I do not want a free meal or anything than to bring to their attention of a problem but she was insisting that there cannot be a problem because they served the gravy all day with no complaints. I tried to tell her that I was not able to bring the remaining sauce back because of the time. Sadly, she pretty much brushed off my complaint. I am quite surprised at the indifference she exhibited as I grew up in the restaurant business and sometimes mistakes can happen but to blow off a decades long customer and family was stunning. We had to throw it all out.

This place is simply amazing. The food is not your typical American style Chinese food. They have a very large menu of Szechuan dishes that are fantastic. You won’t regret giving it a try, and you’ll certainly return. We drive from Akron regularly to eat here.

Arrived 30 mins before posted closing time and they were closed. Why have posted open times if you don't stay true to them and allow people to drive to your restaurant just to be closed.

The best Chinese Restaurant in Winston Salem Hands Down!!!!! The food always comes out fresh and I've been a customer since the mid 90's....matter of fact I ate here 2 days ago lol. If you never ate here definitely try it out u won't be disappointed.
