Terrible customer service! Restaurant was VERY unsanitary!! It Took FOREVER to get our food (supposed to be dine in), but instead they packed our food to go, and told us they were closing..will NEVER go there again!!

Ordered the Reuben on Rye with fries via GrubHub. The order was correct and still warm, but whatever brand of corned beef they're using is rubbery and tasteless. Their kraut was sweet. Would not order again.

Never received your order. Ordered at 11:55. Staff was extremely busy, but in 15 minutes only one order has been presented for pickup.
They were preparing a large to-go order, but never advised customers of a long wait.
Tables were not well cleaned.
We got a refund - from a manager with an attitude, like it was my fault that he ignored a dozen customers waiting interminably for a simple sandwich.

My supervisor ordered my job some lunch and I ordered some fried Zucchini. Upon eating my food I saw something moving in my plate and it was an Ant. I called the restaurant and they gave the phone to the manager. The manager (Mike) over talked me and threatened to sue me if I wrote a bad review. He offered to give me another plate of food but I declined out of fear that something would’ve been done to my food considering how nasty he spoke to me. I’m am scared writing this but I pray that Mike and his family stay blessed. Worst customer service ever and they are normally very nice. I couldn’t believe how bad I was treated by Mike. Totally sucks because the food is good.

Also my coworker ate the grilled chicken wrap and has bad diarrhea ever since she ate it 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I hadn't been back since it became Mike's until yesterday. I tried to call my order in and no one answered and I can't drive and order online so I just went in....no big deal. It seems to be the same people working there. They are nice friendly and the place looks clean. I ordered my usual chicken teriyaki salad and my husband wings. Best dang salad ever and my food was quickly made. I heard the phone ring while I was there but everyone was working with customers so they don't have time to answer it. I work in this industry and know you take care of the person standing in front of you first. Let me also say......tip these people! Even if it's just a dollar it not only helps them financially but it let's them know you appreciate their hard work. I had forgotten how great this place is... that won't happen again.

Do not be fooled by”formerly TJ’s Deli. How can you mess up a BLT? Old shredded lettuce, soggy bread and day or two old bacon. The soda dispenser had not been cleaned in days. The Reuben was awful and even the side of peaches were not good. Felt the Lay’s chips were the only safe thing to eat. A waste of $$.

I don't think it's cool that they close before 3 PM on Sundays. This is a reoccurring thing that is done all the time. If you're website says you close at three that I should be able to walk through the door at 2:40pm and get something to eat

I LOVE the fried mushrooms with horseradish sauce!!! Absolutely YUM!!

Worked for TJs in the 80s. Pretty much how I remember it. It was very tasty and the people were super friendly. I will go back.
