I just left there, I ordered a soft taco,came home there was no meat at all on it, just lettuce and cheese, tried to call but no one answered the phone

This is the worst place ever. Firstly, everything was not clean the table, the door, the floor, the soft drinks place, the place where you get the sauces and even inside where they make the meal was horrible. Secondly, the order I got was wrong. I order 2 burritos and two tacos chicken, they gave me 3 tacos and 1 burrito. I also ordered the Canchwrap supreme combo with meet, they gave me the beans one. Thirdly there was only 2 guys working they don’t know anything about service, the taco place, or what food they are serving. I had to wait for about 5 min to someone welcomed me and even there was only me there. Then I had to wait for my order more than 30 min. Lastly, a woman arrived and she was friendly but I felt she got everything alone. I think they have to hire people to help with team work and knowing the different kind of tacos. This was on October 17 at 4 pm.

I'm a door dasher and it's been A LOT of times I've pulled to get orders and the day they don't have them or it's been erased off their screen. I just gt a violation due to that fact and Taco Bell that's unacceptable. If like contact back from a higher up please.

Great experience. I received excellent customer service. There was a group of high student being loud. To the point the GM had to come out ask them to calm down because they were disturbing other customers. She was very professional and they continue to be a little diarespectful. They actually ended up leaving. Great job management and the staff.

Just left from there, not only did i sit there for 10 minutes waiting for my order while it was sitting there at the window i got it and they had an avacado ranch burrito thing missing and she told me she only rung me up for avacado ranch. mind you the ranch wasn’t even in the bag if that’s the hill you’re gonna die on. i get home and the two steak quesadillas i ordered for my husband were completely burnt. photos to prove it. not only that but i didn’t realize it till we got home either she had me paying for a completely different order!
