I stoped in for lunch today and was unable to eat, because no one would take my order. I was asked to use the kiosk, but I didn’t come to the restaurant to wait on myself. I would eat at home, if I wanted to do that. I don’t work for Taco Bell, so I’m not doing your job. After standing there for five minutes or more, I decided to go to Mountain Fried Chicken, right across the highway, where I received the service I expect when I go into a place of business.

Went through the drive-thru after a night of trick or treating with my kiddo. Got home ready to eat and found that my order was missing the two meat-only tacos for her and my chalupas. Went back up there to get my order fixed and was met with disrespect from the man working the line. I waited in store for 40 MINUTES while all the vehicles in the drive-thru were taken care of. When I got home the order was barely improved. My daughter's tacos were in the bag but only ONE chalupa of mine; which wasn't even toasted, was cold, and had sour cream when i had asked for none as I have an allergy. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location and will be calling corporate in the morning.

Ordered my food through drive thru and just because I didn't want my drink. They acted as if it was a big problem and the drive thru employee called for the manager to come take the drink off and she looked at me and then back to the employee and said Oh my God!!! So I just pulled out. I've been there before at night and the employees are just rude..
