I went into this Taco Bell thinking, Man it's been a really long time! I walk in and smack right in an island of condiments and a row of computer order screens. Well, I walk up to the counter and order the chicken quesadilla. I give them my name, and wait. They hand me a bag, never call me a name, and I look into the bag and see a square small flat box. I say, hey is this Marybeth's order? Everyone looks at me like I got two heads. So I say, I don't think this is mine, I ordered a quesadilla. A guy behind the counter looks in the bag and says, yup that's what it is. Ok I said, and left. When I got to the car, I open the box and see a folded quesadilla into a small box with a lot of grease! Wow have things changed. I ate it, around the paper that was folded into it...and left dreaming for the good old days.

I frequent this location at least twice a week and its hit or miss at best. They mumble at the drive thru, when asked if your order is correct even if you say no its common for them to proceed as if you hadn’t, then once you gave to correct them at the window the tend to,more often than not, get an attitude. On top of all those service issues they tend to under serve their items (I’ll leave a picture) and use an obviously over abundant amount of rice (usually overcooked mush) to fill out the product.
But when they do get it right the few times they do its great.
This post applies to the 830pm-930pm shift just to be fair.

Food may be good but I don’t understand why I’m standing outside for a mobile order because of all the doors being locked. I don’t think the dinning room closes at 8 pm?!

Typical taco bell. Service is a bit slow on the inside. Clean tables and restroom which says a lot to me.

This is one of the worst taco bells in the area smh the employees be fighting each other making it not even a safe place to take your children and the food is always cold and not prepared properly... They were outside smoke marijuana and you could smell if throughout the parking lot when I tried giving them another chance and the marijuana is probably the reason they forgot 2 items out of my order

Asked if they could make a double decker and their response was we don't have the ingredients so when I asked if they had beans and tortillas they responded with yes but they couldn't make the double decker. After ordering and pulling up to the drive thru window the cashier felt the need to further explain that they couldn't make it because there was no button but how hard is it to charge someone a hard taco add a tortilla add beans. Very lazy employees at this location and the food isn't that great

Polite staff. Good food. Quick service. Clean interior.
I spent $20. I can’t believe how expensive Taco Bell has gotten btw. I get home and I’m missing a taco. I tried to call to let them know as I live 18 mins away and was grabbing food on my way home and they didn’t even pick up the phone. And I’m not about to drive back for my taco while my hard shells get soggier.

Manager messed up my order and called back and said to come back and had wrote down Came back today and she slammed the window door in my face and refused to talk to me. And she the manager!!! Wow. Her name is Brittany and terrible attitude
