Tried to order at the drive through lady took my order then erased it added something and then said hold on and left the store and I was left waiting for 5 mins till someone came and retook my order I pull up to the window and pay and get my drink and then proceed to wait 10 15 mins for my food and get asked byb2 diffrent people what did I order.... and then wait another 5 and then they hand me a bag with random crap in it ... none of it right and not worth what I paid for it and it was all burnt and crusty never going back to this tacobell

After several months I decided to give this trash place a shot again. I ordered a few things on DoorDash and these idiots only put 1 things after I ordered 3 things. They did nothing right so if you’re ever thinking about getting food from this horrible place with the horrible employees I wouldn’t.

Was DoorDashing and didn’t receive a drink for an order. I politely said “excuse me” as one of the workers walked away and pretended not to hear me. I decided to leave because I figured they sometimes put the drink in the bag, and I didn’t have the patience to deal with rude service. Unfortunately. No drink was in the bag. And I implore y’all to do that if you’re going to blatantly ignore people at the front desk.

I've only been once but the food was the best of any taco bell I've ever been to. They were out of mild sauce and Baja blast though.
Every time I go, they always out of something. It’s been centuries and they’ve been out of Baja blast. I paid for two 12 pack of the cinnamon bun things and was only given 6 out of the 24 i purchased and when I told the girl with the pink braids she said that’s all they had… so if I didn’t check my bag they would’ve just let me drive off without getting what I paid for….couldve atleast offered me a refund for one of them. I came here cause I thought it would be better then the one on university but no… as bad as university is… this one is WORSE!! hire some people who will do the job right. Get them teenagers out of there and let them go back to school cause GAHDAYUM!!!

Listen, I do not like to leave reviews, especially bad ones. We placed our order at 6:42pm and at 7:30 I asked, after waiting for 30 minutes in the store, if our food was done and they told me they hadn’t even started lol. Yet every car that came thru the drive thru has come and gone. They prioritize drive thru customers and drive thru times over patrons in the lobby.

We had missing items from our order. We was missing One drink and instead of soft tacos we were given crunchy so I had to toss my taco away. They also had the food in the wrong containers. We were also missing a beefy burrito. And a cinnamon twist. I was really unhappy with my order.
