These are the dumbest and slowest people I done ever seen. A simple 10 dollar order took more than 20 min. Then people at the end of fast food line look drugged out they mind. Will never visit here again and considering calling better business bureau

i keep coming back to this place and i have absolutely no idea why. every time i go through, either the employees are fighting, my order is wrong, or i just straight up didn’t get half of it. this time…i’m laughing. it’s so bad. i ordered pinto beans with cheese (off of the sides menu that is ALWAYS THE SAME), and i was given refried beans with sauce on top to make them look like pintos. y’all are so inconsiderate and poorly trained. i think i’ve had enough taco hell.

Those people were not patient. They were screaming at me. Three people were on the intercom. They were rushing me! The final straw I told them they could juz keep their food and I pulled off and went to Wendy's across the street! I don't ever want to even go back there. It's the only one one my work side of town.

I've been going to this Taco Bell drive thru occasionally for like 15 years. I have no idea how it's been this consistent, but the people who work there have been noticeably warm and friendly to me for that entire 15 years. I have a soft spot for this place and the good vibes that it's given me.
