Melissa was a joy today; I wish the GM always had the attitude she has. She definitely deserves a raise!!!! Thank you for great service and my food was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

I placed a simple mobile order (seen below) for drive thru and was told it was a large order (for a couple fries and chicken?) and to pull to the front. I waited 10 minutes in the car and nothing. I walked in and not a single person interacted with me. Took another 10 if not more to get my food since no one cared about the lobby. If you just want some nacho fries and chicken, it could take 30 minutes apparently.

From the very start this was the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. As soon as we pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru we sat there for several minutes without being acknowledged until I repeatedly yelled hello into the speaker and finally an employee came over the speaker and said “are you talking to me?” When finally giving our order we told the employee we could not hear her and then the employee proceeded to YELL everything else through the speaker with an attitude. After pulling to the window we find out it was not the employee working the window that had the attitude and yelled through the speaker, but the rude employee was actually the manager. After we get our food and leave my boyfriend opens his chalupa to see that it is chicken and not beef so we go back to find the manger out back smoking a blunt with someone who was not an employee. We end up getting the chalupa fixed to beef but they still messed it up and did not put sour cream on it and while sitting outside checking our food the same manager comes out and tells these 2 people who had just walked up that they could not be there and was being rude and cussing at them when these 2 people had not done anything, they didn’t speak to any other customers or ask anyone for money, absolutely nothing. This manager has no business being a manager and I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell after the way they treated multiple customers today.

The guy managing during lunch is a terrible and rude manager. People waiting for food for ages while he lets his girlfriend go out and smoke every two minutes. The worst taco bell I've ever seen

I don’t even do reviews but I was literally robbed at this Taco Bell. I spent over $30 for 2 burritos, a quesadilla and 2 drinks. Mine you the burritos were only 2.39 a piece. Apart from that, I ordered 2 double beef burritos. They were the size of a cheese roll up. I could hold the burrito with one finger. I always order that particular burrito and sometimes I can’t even finish it. This time I was left with an empty stomach. My son got the steak quesadilla and it was as thin as paper he ate the whole thing and said he was still hungry. All the food was very poor portions. They’re literally robbing people charging them full price and not giving out the correct portions. Look up double beef burritos and you will see the actual size it’s supposed to be. This is crazy…

Drive thru order was ok til I got home and burritos and nachos with no sauces… ugh!!!! Girl working Taco Bell in Winston Salem, NC Summit Square location drive thru on 3/12/25 around 5:15 pm.. please give your immediate attention to the customer and not be talking and laughing to the other employee..while trying to work the drive thru… YOU CANNOT MULTITASK.. otherwise I would have gotten my sauces .. so much for dinner.. not to mention no fork/ spoon for loaded nachos….Mexican food NEED SAUCES…,,ugh… ugh

I have never been to a slower fast food restaurant in my life. Came to pick up an online order. 40 minutes later, they still haven’t filled and appear to have just lost the order. Meanwhile, I’m watching 3 employees standing in the order filling area, gossiping, ignoring orders. Two employees were grinding against one another in plain view of the customer area. Everyone who works here is in severe need of retraining. Half of the workers seem to be constantly walking and doing things, but they’re only putting out one order about every 10 minutes.

After waiting to place my order for several minutes, I asked an employee at the front counter if I could place an order and he replied to me to use the kiosk. I explained that I could not find the item I wanted on the kiosk but he just walked away. So I just left and will not return.
We have been to this particular taco bell many times over the last few years and I have never had my order be correct.
My husband cannot handle sour cream and if it is on an item it is inedible to him. It has gotten so bad that I also order everything without sour cream to give him a better chance at having items he can eat. And they STILL mess it up. I don't know if it is their system, their employees, the training, or management. All the tickets when we put online orders in have NO SOUR CREAM in all caps and bold and they still put it on everything.

Came for some late night eats and the cashier Zaiynab who took our order, had it correct on the screen, somehow messed up our order. We told her the order at the speaker then she suddenly got quiet and told us to pull around without telling us the price. then we got to the window and she kept running off, probably talking with her little friend, which hey I understand, but at least be more attentive and get our order right we didn’t even get a lot🤨 cmon now do better makin the youngins look bad
