Special order burrito due to food allergies. It wasn't put in our bag. Went to counter and told them. However, over 5 minutes later still no food. Everyone at our table almost finished. Had to look behind and around counter and employee was on his phone doing something. When we left someone who had been at the counter for longer than us was still waiting. And it was not busy

Our crunch wraps were made without the crunch. It was more like a soft circular burrito. Our tacos were soggy. On a positive note, the fries were good.

I’m not usually one to give such low stars but this Taco Bell was awful. We ordered the food and pulled to the window. The girl in the window was on the phone, HER CELL PHONE, having a whole convo basically ignoring us. After about 5 minutes, she finally came to the window still on her phone. She said the amount and we gave the money and she didn’t come back for like 8 minutes. She hands the change out, still on her phone, and we wait another 10 minutes for our food. The food was decent but it was cold. My first and last visit here.

My partner and his friend decided to come to this location today and order food but the (Caucasian cook) DELIBERATELY ruined their food TWICE. First time was frozen burritos & stale fries, brought it back and 3 mins later they “remade” the food, but everything was the SAME but worse at the same time, so then it was brought back a SECOND time for a remake. Manager decides to bring out the food this time but everything was STILL BAD as if nothing was touched. This was a CLEAR ACT of racism and negligence towards customers. 0 STARS!!!
