We arrived around 8 pm with a fairly large group, and Jay took care of us, who was very kind. We couldn't have asked for a better server or service. She took care of us and never missed a beat. 10/10 service 10/10 food The service was the best I've ever had here.

Did the online check in it said 50-60 minutes. Go to the restaurant when it was 20 minutes or so. Went to the desk and they pulled my name up. Said it will be 50 minutes. She said the time starts when you get there. What’s the point of online checking if you have to be there. I get not seating people if all your party isn’t there but now we were told it was 50 minutes again. We left.

I normally love Texas Roadhouse. But tonight left me with a bad taste in my mouth. It's 30 degrees out and it was bad enough we had to wait outside for a table but the area we ate in had fans running and I froze. I politely asked our server to please help and she said she asked the manager but they did not care.
I have chronic pain and when I'm cold it causes me pain and stiffness and my dad is a senior and on blood thinners and he froze as well.
It's cold enough outside no need to freeze out the guest to where they can't enjoy a nice meal out.
I thought customer comfort was a high priority but I guess not 🫤

I was there Wednesday dec the 3 rd food was good service was good , the thing they have on the table to pay your bill or play games, I usually don’t use that, I scrolled through it to see what games it had on it , I didn’t play any but when I asked for my check it had a 1.99 charge on it , I asked about that charge it was because I scrolled to look at the games, I told her to take that off and she did no problem, I spoke with the manager on duty he said it should have it on screen that it will change 1.99 for playing the games, he looked it didn’t, my biggest complaint is how many people are getting charged 1.99 just to look at it , almost looks like a scam to get more money out of customers, most people probably wouldn’t notice the charge, this is something that should be corrected immediately!!! I wonder if news 2 would do a story on this .

I had a very important task needed done for my daughter a simple task,the biggest filet A1 sauce and a salad I had promised her a steak for her first meal after giving birth to my grandson.They dropped the ball no A1 sauce no salad even after we call a second time to confirm the order was correct.....just sad.

Had my first veteran's day meal here, 11/10 experience. Small menu to order from, but it was free and delicious. Bartenders are sweet, waitstaff is friendly, drinks are strong, sweet and friendly. Don't skip this spot.

Last time, I had THE best filet which was so juicy and flavorable. Today, the filet was tough with no flavor that gave me stomach cramps which I've never had before. The steaks and how they are cooked are inconsistent whereas the waiters/waitresses are always awesome.

Amber and Jesi are awesome. They both are so friendly, sweet, and kind. They have infectious personalities and make you feel at home. Go see them. I recommend the chicken critters or the grilled pork chops. Also ask for Kelsey as well. She’s good too. Miss Emma is very sweet and a hard worker
