Ordered 6 oz sirloin med rare. Sent the first one back because it was too tough. Sent the second one back because it was not only tough as the first one but it was cold. Ended up getting the salmon instead. Usually the sirloins are really tasty and tender. Very disappointed
Service is usually good but this time it was horrible. After ordering, we waited 25 minutes for our drinks and salads then flagged down someone. Salads came after 30 minutes but no drinks. Told waiter who came back 6 minutes later with totally watered down ice tea, as if they'd been sitting 30 minutes. Texas Roadhouse has become the top steakhouse in the area based on taste. While they are a bit on the expensive side, their food makes it worth the money compared to other steakhouses. Like every other high end dinning, expect a wait to be seated on weekends; again, not uncommon. The service was great and the porterhouse T-bone was superb.
