TGI Fridays

I spent 72.00 for two whole racks of jack daniels ribs potaoes,mac n cheese and fries. One margarita. Disgusting! Small runny mac n cheese that was frozen in center. Ribs dried out overly cooked. Fries nasty. Instant plain potatoes. The recipie for margarita was nasty. Not happy at all. Over priced and not worth it. Bartender Avatar was very nice. My 2nd time ordering. Won't return due to prices and quality of food.

How this placed managed 3.5 stars is beyond me. The food is ALWAYS BURNT. Literally ALWAYS. How exactly do you burn chicken breast? Imagine getting home after a long stressful day and just wanting to relax and sink your teeth into something good. You open the box and your food is burnt to a rubbery crisp. This is the 3rd time this has happened and I won’t be ordering from here again. Also, the mashed potatoes are bland and I found a ginormous carrot in my salad. Not a shredded piece but an actual chunk ??‍♀️ Get it together people!

My mother, brother and I had to wait about 20 mins for our appetizer, then after being there for about an hour in total my brother got his wings and we changed our order To-go due to it not being at the table yet. Once I got home to eat my breaded chicken sandwich, I discovered they gave me a grilled. I understand shortstaffing is an issue, but we were one of two tables seated. The woman serving us was excellent and polite though. I could tell she was trying her best

I never have eaten in this establishment before, I was at hanes mall biking and visiting spectrum mobile to pay a bill, I de idea to ride my GT. 5000 series bike which I layaway over 22yrs. Ago and still ride it almost daily, so I was standing right beside GTI Fridays restaurant but never went inside, but I have heard they have wonderful foods and i thi k a bar. I still rate them very high simply because of the wonderful smells of the food that is coming from the restaurant. I recommend them for a cyclist break or a lunch or dinner. Have a bless day all of you. And yes I'll continue to say and believe according to the Holy Bible all life matters not just specifically one but all, now run and tell that. Our 30 minute wait was actually an hour and I had to go back to the hostess and inquire as to how much longer it would be. We immediately got seated at that point. Food was disappointing. We ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls. Bland. Even the poblano cheese sauce was bland. We both ordered the fish and chips also bland. The only saving grace was our server was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of us.

Terrible experience.We walked into an almost empty restaurant to be told there would be a 30 minute wait to seat us.They were out of the appetizers we wanted, but it took about 15 minutes after we'd pedestrian to be told that.We'd only been eating for about 25-30 minutes before our waitress was coming over offering boxes, and bringing the check. No offer of if we want desserts, or anything else.I felt unwelcome and like a bother, not a customer.The food was either flavorless, or tasted like saltand oil.We will NOT be returning. Ever.TGI Fridays has gone into the Inhospitality business.

The food was fresh and delicious. Our family enjoyed Michelle she was an excellent server. Many blessings to you Michelle. My husband ordered a bucket of bones , my son the bacon cheddar cheese burger and my self the mushroom steak, and a side of onion rings.

My fiancé and I attempted to have an early dinner here but didn’t stay after being sat at the table due to how uncomfortable our experience was. When we arrived there was no hostess so we were rudely greeted by a server who had a terrible attitude. When we asked how their day was going we got a sarcastic response. As we were walking to our table the server seating us stopped to tell another server they were being sat. Their response was “I’m not on the clock yet” so the server seating us just stood there for about 30 seconds in awkward silence and said “well now i’m confused” and clearly was upset that we would be in there section. The entire restaurant was also empty during this interaction between the two servers so it made it feel even more awkward. At this point we sat down and felt unwelcome and chose to leave. This would have been our first experience at TGIfridays as we dine out all over Winston(and also work/manage restaurants in Winston ourself) and were hoping to enjoy somewhere new. I wasn’t going to write a review but after sitting on it for a few days I am still extremely disappointed by how unwelcome/uncomfortable our short “experience” was.

Very slow service, raw food, hair in food, had to ask for things that should have been at the table first hand. Waiter was good and very understanding but everything was slow. Will not be back. It was way better 4 years ago.

Chicken was raw, my wife’s plate had a hair in the bread sticks. just not good, won’t be back period. Not good business

My strawberry mojito was great. The food on the other hand needs lots of work. It was like eating an over rated tv dinner. Our waiter was good too.

It was a nice experience the food was delicious and the service was excellent, especially for a late Sunday night. The whiskey glazed ribs are awesome one of my all time favorites. As a late minute choice they didn't disappoint.

I try not to leave bad reviews but I also pride myself in honest reviews. We will not be back. After eating here my family all were up half the night with the runs. Idk what is going on at Friday's in greensboro but I'm not happy and there's way too many other options.

I have ordered from here a few times before giving it an honest review. Just keep driving. Do not stop here. The food is not hot, it feels as if everything has been doused in grease and some how something is always missing.
