Family friendly and super friendly service! Our waitress was very attentive and so welcoming. We sat outside and since Thai Harmony is located next to Civic Plaza Park, there were lots of kiddos who were running from the outdoor tables to play in the park. I got the Reynold's tower roll and it was delicious! My husband got the pan seared tuna which was a small tuna steak with a side salad for $28. Yummy but definitely leaves you hungry and not worth the price in our opinion.

Went there last night for dinner. Wanted some sushi and looking at the ratings and review my coworker and I decided to check it out. I got an order of gyoza and a volcano roll. The service was great and the food came out quick. Both dishes were good and really hit the spot. It wasn't overly busy at the time but it looked like a nice place overall. Would definitely come back.

Ate here last Sunday. The food was fine, we both had crab fried rice. Once upon a time this was a go-to spot for lunch and dinner, but the quality of the food changed. This visit was my attempt at a 2nd chance. The waitress was friendly, extremely talkative, but prompt. Upon checkout is where the problems began. The waitress used the hand device to ring up the bill. It should have been $42 dollars pre tax, with tax I expected $47ish. As the waitress is calculating the bill she is overly talkative, laughing and joking the entire time. She turns the hand device around for me to review, I check it and see 2 items, a pretty simple calculation since we both had water w/lemon. She then turns it to my partner to sign and then it hits me, why is it $53!! He pulls his card back. I asked for a breakdown, which she tried to gloss over, but in the end she had given herself a 20% tip. He asked why did you do that. She replied that her manager requires it. This prompts him to say, what's happening here isn't legal, patrons aren't required to leave a tip. Side note: we always tip, but being forced didn't sit well. Again, she replied that her manager requires them to add it. He asked what if someone was leaving a cash tip, what would you do then? Again, he asked to speak to the manager. She then says ok I'll remove it. I could tell that he was done with all of it so I took over. The waitress fumbles with the device for what felt like 5-mins of re-entering the ticket, backing it out and re-entering it again. Let me point out what I saw for future awareness. In addition to this 20% "mandatory" minimal tip she selected, the next screen displayed a 7%, 5% & 3% additional gratuity. I suspect this gratuity would be calculated off the original $53, which would have made the check $57ish, max. The exchange could've been avoided if the waitress was forthcoming. I see why there's an uproar in the dinning community about tipping culture. I believe her demeanor was a distraction from pre-selecting the tip and it nearly worked. I'm sure a lot of patrons were duped. Waitstaff is picking the amount of their tips for us. Restaurant owners are relying on us to supplement their employees' pay as if we're silent partners. These tactics, hidden fees and presumptions are becoming out of hand and it adversely is impacting the dinning experience. Tips are based on after tax $, not pretax $, so consider that a favorable win that diners aren't complaining about. There has to be a better way to support local and keep control of your pockets. I'm not in favor of deceptive practices.

The service was great. Our waiter was very attentive even though it was a very business evening. The food was really good and I love the downtown Winston-Salem location.

This is my most favorite restaurant in Winston-Salem!!! Vegan choices and they even have General Tso's chicken for my picky husband. Soup was perfect, and the eggplant dish was awesome. Can't wait to return!Vegetarian options: Almost all dishes have a choice of tofu, shrimp, chicken, or octopus! The sushi is remarkable...we got some for an Asian guest and she was thrilled.

Very nice spot we traveled on way back this monday, and the hostess and host were super nice ! The food was pretty good and could do a little better with the quality of the meats and veggies and probably charge a bit more, but the meat liself, both the pork and the beef, lacked flavor ..the soups were okay not a bad deal for the price !
