the Flour Box Tearoom has moved from Old Salem to 806 NC Hwy 66 S. Suite J, Kernersville, NC. They are open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 11am-4pm. Reservations are recommended.

I had my daughter’s bridal luncheon at The Flour Box Tea Room at the end of June. Milla was wonderful to work with and her staff was top notch! The food was amazing. I highly recommend the Tea Room to anyone who wants to have a nice lunch where you are treated like royalty!

We got to-go boxes for a par-tea at work and it was a big hit! Definitely will do this again with friends! Vegetarian and gluten-free options were a major plus for us. The blackberry pizzas were everyone’s favorite!!

My daughter bought me the to go Mother’s Day tea service today and I just finished it! It was beautifully packaged, complete with an adorable menu of everything included, and everything was perfect. I really am not a very adventurous eater, but I’ve had a lot of different unique items from The Flour Box over the last few months, and let me tell you this- they are not capable of making bad food! Every item is absolutely delicious. Even things I would never be brave enough to try anywhere else, I will try here and I love them every time. The food is light, flavorful, beautiful, and honestly makes me feel like royalty eating it! Every part of today’s full tea was delectable, I enjoyed every bite from beginning to end and felt so loved and special getting this as a gift from my sweet daughter.

So the pictures doesn't match the place. It's not a house it's at a strip mall. The house closed down before covid. So wish that was somehow clarified before I wasted my time driving there. I guess I should've called before to confirm. Lesson learned. I thought it was a place that you could sit done and do work or knit. But seems like you need a reservation and it's not a just sit down and hang out place. They do take walk ins. But was looking for a place to have my knitting group and not everyone orders something. Got the vibe that you need to order. The tea is 35 dollars unless you want a pot which is 6 dollars. So didn't end up buying anything, so can't atest to the food. But just wanted to help the people who were looking forward to the house.

They offer gluten free scones and sandwiches but you have to pre order. Great food and selection of tea ( could steep a little longer) great service.

Vegetarian options: One of our party needed vegetarian options and this was handled well with no issues.

Justyna welcomed us warmly on a rainy day with a beautifully set table for two. At first we had the place to ourselves which was wonderful. Pictures from the full English tea service speaks volumes. There are many teas to picked from and justyna will guide based on your preference. Sweet and savory treats were perfect. We'll definitely be back and try the next next time.

They have opened another dining room, so the experience is quieter and uncrowded. Every bite of the tea service was a delight! From the savory to the sweet, it was perfection!

What a wonderful afternoon tea. Everything was fantastic. We had the full tea service. What a beautiful table setting. Everything we were served was wonderful.

Enticing tea menu with sweet and savory delights. The tea was delicious. The only thing I could have wished for would be the ability to purchase the loose teas---those were in short supply, and are not available on the tea room's website.

Solid 4 stars. I used to run and manage a tea room a long time ago in Ohio. We hand made fresh clotted cream every day. It's so easy and stores for a few days (at least the way we made it) It's not expensive and doesn't take a lot of time. So why do we get tini little jars? NOT cool. The sugar is lovely and I believe its milk not cream (at least should be half and half). Cream in tea, not milk in my opinion. PLEASE understand EACH tea is over 35.00 but does include a nice size pot. The portions are normal tea room size and pretty yummy overall with a nice variety. I wasn't thrilled with the tiny savory cracker? with a little smear of creamcheese and some herbs? Again, not the best. You all can do better. Everything else was pretty good. The chicken salad was nice and fresh and tasty. I didn't like the ham spread?? either and the puffs were super tiny. Yes, its tea but we need to be reasonable in portions for that price. Lots of tea variety, needs to steep longer before being brought out although I suppose we could request this. The girls are SWEET but a little void of connection. Could increase their tips with being more social and connecting. Overall a nice place for wedding showers, baby showers, etc. SUPER CLEAN. and CLEAN bathroom. Also felt a little COLD being in a shopping center, probably ambience could be improved some.
