Staff was very helpful and provided education on the diffferent types of cigars, cost, how to store cigars and temperature needed to keep cigars for future use. ( I also learned that I should not put them in the refrigerator...lol) Very pleased with the customer service I received.

I'm not a cigar aficionado, but some I know are. JD has put a great deal of effort into this place and it is appreciated . You will find an extensive selection of sticks, spirits, and conversations as you find a comfortable spot to enjoy a smoke. I sit and sip and always find a good conversation.

As out of town travelers we enjoy finding a nice, people friendly welcoming environment when we look for cigar lounges. This wasn’t it! Unbeknownst to our crew, Some NC cigar lounges charge to smoke in their lounges in the form of a membership fee. They do offer day passes for $10 (no problem). Unfortunately the “owner” a very rude woman failed to disclose that information when questioned about the charge. We did explain that we were from out of town and was simply asking why the charge. She became hostile and asked us to leave, which we did. In my opinion this was truly piss-poor customer service and as a cigar aficionado with a vast network, I will be contacting my people and give them fair warning regarding the incompetent and rude customer service offered at this establishment. The other cigar lounges we ultimately visited were amazing. So I thank the rude owner for allowing us to experience greatness in the midst of her failure.

*THIS IS A PRIVATE CLUB* Just an FYI for travelers so you don’t waste time walking over there like I did. They said I could buy a cigar and leave, but the lounge is only for members. They did not offer me a membership or temporary pass (which would’ve been nice)
The low rating is because the name doesn’t imply that it a private club which is misleading, wasted my time, and let me down.
If you like top quality cigars, at a reasonable price this is the place.

I rarely go to Cigar Lounges but tonight I just needed to get out. Decided to go to Top Leaf and I'm glad I did.. Service was excellent, Cigar Selection was Solid, and their Bar was Plentiful even though I only had a Pepsi.. Very Clean, Spacious, Comfortable and Ambience was ideal, with Lighting/TVs/Jazz etc!!
