Great place. The lounge is for members. Although, you can buy a day pass. I was just passing through and met the owner, Brittany (I hope I am remembering that correctly). She is a wonderful person. If I lived here this would be my go to spot. Great prices on cigars.

1st time environment is a chill vibe hate I didn't take pictures. Both the hostess & bartender was excellent they both made me feel like a regular. I'm unable to answer additional questions due to me being a guest

Walked into the cigar lounge and was immediately met with arrogance. The guy at the front clearly didn’t want to explain how things worked and acted like we were bothering him just by showing up. Turns out, this rude, cocky person was the owner. Every response came with a smart remark and zero professionalism. The attitude killed the entire vibe and made us feel completely unwelcome. If this is how the owner treats paying customers, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

When you come to a cigar lounge you expect to relax, have good conversation. Me and my two partners wanted a relaxing meeting and choosing this place was not it but was interrogated with questions by proud owner with blunt attitude as we tried to be friendly finally got in and ordered drinks and the owner was just staring at us like we didnt belong. Just not the vibe for cigar lounge, relax my guy your establishment is not elite privilage.
