The food is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff could benefit from training on customer service. Additionally, they served more caldo than meat when weighing my plate, which felt unbalanced. The lack of air conditioning inside made the experience even more uncomfortable.

Great food. Love their carnitas and barbacoa. Rice is really good too. Their beans are ok, could be better.

Compre disque carnitas pero estavan duras como de varios dias que las hicieron y aparte la yna muchacha que me atendio con mala actitud
Delicious food, ready to eat! Employees are friendly and helpful. The quality of the food is top notch. Would recommend this place if you're looking for perfectly cooked savory meats like al pastor, barabacoa etc. They also have a quality raw meat counter too with fresh options at fair prices.

Really amazing food. The people who work there are always friendly kind help you out. The portion sizes are amazing. You’ll have food for three days unless you know you like to share, which I do not and I will continue going there as long as they have a business so I will tell all of my teacher friends go there for authentic food great prices too.

I just picked up a dozen tamales for the Día de la Candelaria. They had pollo con salsa roja and rajas con queso. The tamales were fresh and just out of the steamer. I was really pleased.
Food too dang good! Service is terrible .

First of all the young guy at the food counter had absolutely no customer service in mind.. and I got the ribs that looked really good but they hardly had any meat at all and they were such a rip-off I will never go here again. The place is packed because this place reminds the Mexicans in the South Americans of their country it's expensive and not very good quality

They serve with a HORRIBLE face. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On some occasions we have had the food have too much salt (even in pork rinds) but wow, it tastes good in general. I wish they provided another type of service because at the end of the day you pay for the products.

Horrible ! The ribs were burned and dry, and had obviously been there all day...the chicken not that much better... the young man surving...has no sense of customer service at all.... They do have homemade hot tortillas... If you're into that... go there for the tortilas...But the hot food section SUCKS Plus not to mention the customer service...
