There's only one other car here, have my two small children in car seats and ordered online 30 mins ago for one smoothie. The drive thru workers REFUSE to hand me my app order through the drive thru window. I have to park, get my kids of our their seats, go inside and pick it up. What kind of assanine policy is this? I walk in and there's legit FOUR employees standing in the store with zero customers. And one couldn't reach my smoothie on the app orders counter and hand it to me? This world and lack of common sense/helpfulness is insanity .

This place is so hit or miss. I love Tropical Smoothie. I've been to several locations and have always been pleased....except for this one. Unfortunately, this one in Winston-Salem is really close to my home. Twice I have ordered online and when I got there for pickup they hadn't even started my order yet. Understandable if they were busy, but they weren't. Tonight I picked up my order and my Smoothie wasn't frozen. I basically bought an 8 dollar fruit drink. Oh, this is the second time this has happened too. Obviously whoever owns this place is never there.

I have been to this place many times and I know that staffing is an issue, but this is getting out of hand! 33 minutes in a drive through is unacceptable! Once in the drive through there is no way out unless you jump the curb. For this reason the drive through should take priority, Better manager needed!

Drive through person was not to friendly. Gave use are drinks and closed the window. Not a thank you was said.

I love the smoothies I just wish they weren't so expensive. But I will say it is worth the money paid when you take a sip, that's for sure‼️

The owner of this establishment might want to come and check out the way this establishment is being run. The doors are closed and locked an hour before closing, not allowing anyone in unless you are a woman who needs to use the restroom. Not allowed to order food but only smoothies past 8:00 p.m.
Employees are sitting around hanging out while taking a long time to make smoothie drinks that shouldn't take long at all.

Me and my friend went there with my service dog, the people were so welcoming and kind. It was a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend going in there, and the smoothie I got was blueberry bliss best smoothie I had in my life can't wait to try the new smoothie flavors!

The lady was very nice and cut my quesadilla into small pieces for a toddler to eat. I'm very disappointed the blueberry oat smoothie has been removed from the menu. I do NOT want to take the time to add all the ingredients that were in that drink separately. I unfortunately don't live near a location so it's a treat to go. I don't even remember all the good things that were in that drink.
