I ordered the Hummus Veggie wrap. It was the worst wrap I have ever had. There was no avocado, no pepper Jack, and maybe 1/4 a teaspoon of very bland hummus. It was mostly just rice. I ordered online and still had to wait 15 minutes past the time it said it would be done. Will never order from there again

I had a delicious sunrise sunset smoothie with blueberries added and extra sweetener, it was so good and they were very nice to me and my sister ?
Pulled up to the drive thru at 8:13PM asked for an açaí bowl, the customer service was awful. As soon as I said bowl the immediate response was “ WE’RE NOT DOING BOWLS” What do yall mean yall aren’t doing bowls ? There’s no way it’s still almost an hr until closing and they take away a portion of the menu not to mention the way the girl spoke was so rude. Disappointing.

I have went here 2 times I could barely see the sign to order so I asked the lady what was good told her what I liked she did not give any suggestions! I finally said give me the blueberry bliss hold the bananas it was terrible when she tried to hand it to me the smoothie was running down the sidesss of the cup I asked her could she wipe it off? First of all she should have had enough common sense to wipe the cup of before trying to hand it to me! I had to ask her to wipe it off before handed it to me! Staff needs more training on customer service as well as making the smoothies considering the prices I paid almost 7$ for a hint of blueberry and ice ?♀️

I am writing to share my experience I had at the North Point Blvd location today, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant one. The server, whose name on my receipt was listed as Deja R, left a lot to be desired in terms of customer service.She started out rude and it went downhill from there. The food is already prepared inconsistently so it's luck of the draw if you get your regularly prepared food order or it's drown in sauce and now with the ridiculously bad service.I've giving Tropical Smoothie Café enough second chances, and wasted enough money on them. I'm done with them at this point.

Hilariously bad service. Drive thru only for online orders, but no signage telling you so and employees act like you're an idiot because you don't know. They made literal hand motions through the glass indicating so lol. It doesn't matter how bad you want a smoothie, go somewhere else and get something different. Do not waste your time here. Corporate should shut this location down immediately.
