Terrible customer service and food every time I go and I won't be returning. Also, is the chicken even real?

The general manager is extremely rude and I will never spend my money on this location. Not to mention the manager disappeared for a while why my dasher was calling her for assistance. She did not return from the back until I personally called on he phone

Vegetarian options: One staff came in the door , straightened his clothes, put his hair in a tie, put his visor on and went to prepare orders and did not wash his hands. We were astonished! But we did ask that he please wash his hands and he complied.

Stood in the store for over 5 minutes with my sister and never received any acknowledgment from the 3 employees that were working in the front. They all made eye contact with each other multiples times but not one single worker said a word. Ended up leaving due to horrible service. I’ve worked in food and would at least said “one minute….etc”

Bathroom dirty, no TP and trash overfill. Trash laying around restaurant on floor and in booths.

This location, the AC was not working, and it was 85 inside. The staff was the slowest , taking about 6 min to make each order, with people waiting about 20 for each individual order. Worst location. Don't give them your business.

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie and unfortunately, my experience was just okay. While the smoothies were decent, they lacked the fresh flavor I was hoping for. Additionally, the store's cleanliness could be improved. The tables were in need of a wipe down, and the presence of ladders in the customer area seemed odd and cluttered. Overall, while the visit wasn't terrible, it definitely wasn't memorable.

I stopped in for a quick lunch before my massage appointment. I’ve never been to this establishment before, but their menu sounded interesting as I didn’t want to eat anything too heavy. The young ladies behind the counter smiled and were very friendly. I received my food fairly quickly. I ordered a pomegranate smoothie which was a huge portion cup! Well worth the $6.95. I also ordered a chicken ranch wrap. It had fresh toppings of tomato and lettuce and had a considerable amount of meat. Very satisfying and tasty. The only error was that I got the wrong potato chips in my bag, but that is no biggie. I hope to return and visit this location again for their smoothies for sure.

I saw a lot of negative reviews here but honestly I had a great experience here. The two young ladies working this morning were pleasant and full of smiles. The young lady with the locs working the register specifically, was patient, joyful and very informational when it came to the menu options. Every other tropical smoothie in the area the staff is rude and impatient…but here you can expect different. Please highlight that young ladies service, she is helping the tropical smoothie reputation in this area! ✨
