To the shorter woman with dreads that doesn’t know how to speak apparently and just points at stuff I think you need a new job cause ya seem miserable. My 3 year old can at least use her words maybe you should try it next time someone comes in, you might even get a tip

Horrible costumer service

I ordered my smoothie online. I have 2 babies under 2. This is why I order online. I had to take my babies out of the car 2 times once I picked up my food, the first smoothie tasted like water. I asked for it to be remade. The smoothie still was very watery. I ordered a strawberry banana for my toddler. The smoothie was not smooth, you could see ice chunks and banana pieces floating in the smoothie. My toddler did not consume this smoothie. He did not want it. I did not feel like taking my kids out for a third time to have them remake my smoothie. I will definitely make sure the smoothies are correct next time. This has never been an issue at this location. The usual manager has been no where in site for a while. I even called the store to see if they could remake the smoothie so that I would not have to take the kids out again. The phone was did not ring it went straight to vm.

Waited in line for 20 minutes just for some empty shells with cheese

Tropical smoothie don't taste as fresh or as good as berry blends. There smoothies have a weird taste to them and are not as enjoyable as berry blends. They should see what berry blends is doing that they are not so they can be as good. It wasn't busy and it took a while to be helped and to recieve my order.

There’s always a 50/50 chance of getting a rude employee coming here. They need to quit if they don’t wanna work here instead of giving customer attitude-management needs to be fired too.

For 9 dollars a smoothie shouldn't taste like water..employees not friendly what so ever won't go back

Go back to using actual fruit and NOT POWDER

Ordered my food to be ready at 7:10 am, i got off of work late and was there at 7:20am. Doors were closed lights off, no employees inside site. Have contacted customer service twice and recieved a refund.

We love tropical smoothie cafe, but this one was not clean and missed the mark with the chia banana smoothie. The sunshine smoothie was good. The paradise point was good. The chia banana boost was missing something and had to be tossed. It tasted like it was missing the bananas. The restroom was not clean. And we could not find a napkin anywhere.

Super fast service, very clean. I will be back for sure!

While the cashier/smoothie maker was so nice and cordial, the food was less than what I usually get from Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The smoothie had no flavor, the kale apple slaw had no dressing and the wrap was overloaded with humus. So sad because I was really looking forward to this meal!

Called within working hours - no one is picking up the phone

I ordered the acai bowl online for myself and my son. When I arrived to the store to pick up my order only the receipt was in the pick up cube. I inquired about my order and was told that they did not have any acai bows. I asked what the policy was for notifying customers with online orders that they were out of the products. The young man didn’t have an answer but informed me about the new dragon fruit bowl. Since I drove about 15min to get my acai bowl fix I decided to try the newest bowl. Unfortunately, I really didn’t care for it. About a week later I decided to try it again. My son picked this one up for me and to my suprise it was another dragon fruit bowl, the receipt clearly says acai bowl. I called the customer service line and was assisted with filing a complaint. About a week later I received Tropical Smoothie letter in the mail with a $10 gift card. I spent almost $22 after tax and my tropical smoothie points for 3 bowls. This is unacceptable, I know the workers are usually very young and overwhelmed but I will not be giving tropical smoothie anymore of my business.

Smoothies are good. Walked in my wife and I stood at the counter for 3 minutes while 3 workers behind the counter never said a word to us. Won’t be back.
