I was traveling with my children and we visited this location twice, once on Saturday and once on Sunday. We waited 40 minutes for our food on Saturday and after ordering and they forgot to make one of our smoothies. No big deal, she apologized and made it right away. But after what happened Sunday it's clear there is a pattern.

I just got home after purchasing nearly $30 worth of food. I purchased two of the Chicken Chipotle flatbread sandwiches and two Sunrise Sunset smoothies. The sandwiches barely had any chicken and there was only a half strip of bacon in each. The smoothies tasted as if way more ice was used than fruit/flavoring. They were not as sweet as the last time. The absolute highlight of my visit was seeing a former student behind the counter.

While the cashier/smoothie maker was so nice and cordial, the food was less than what I usually get from Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The smoothie had no flavor, the kale apple slaw had no dressing and the wrap was overloaded with humus. So sad because I was really looking forward to this meal!
