I recently visited Tropical Smoothie and unfortunately, my experience was just okay. While the smoothies were decent, they lacked the fresh flavor I was hoping for. Additionally, the store's cleanliness could be improved. The tables were in need of a wipe down, and the presence of ladders in the customer area seemed odd and cluttered. Overall, while the visit wasn't terrible, it definitely wasn't memorable.
I stopped in for a quick lunch before my massage appointment. I’ve never been to this establishment before, but their menu sounded interesting as I didn’t want to eat anything too heavy. I saw a lot of negative reviews here but honestly I had a great experience here. The two young ladies working this morning were pleasant and full of smiles. The young lady with the locs working the register specifically, was patient, joyful and very informational when it came to the menu options.
