Stumbled upon this place in Reynolda Village and what a find. The food is outstanding! I had the Greek salad with grilled salmon; it was perfectly dressed and every bite was full of flavor including the grilled salmon with perfect char. Delicious! And raspberry sorbet for dessert because why not!?!
I was seated at the busy bar during Sunday brunch in front of the kitchen window. The entire staff, from bar tenders, servers, chefs, management etc, are all happy and respectful towards one another. The vibe of the staff says everything about the restaurant…almost as important as the food. It was busy to say the least but all staff were getting the hard work done and joking along the way. Refreshing to see.
I highly recommend this restaurant and have already been back during my short stay here. Their outdoor seating area is quite large too if it’s not too hot & humid out.

This tavern looks like very fancy restaurant when you look at the outside ambiance. However, foods are really bad. My husband ordered grilled chicken sandwich and I ordered crab cake. Crab cake taste was awful, even french fries’re burned and very salty. ( I think they’re from yesterday 😣). Chicken sandwich was the worst sandwich ever. Lastly, we paid 70$ and it is really not worth it. It was my worst restaurant experience. Thank you😒

My husband and I ordered appetizers. They were great. We also ordered crab dip and two burgers to go. The crab dip was bad. The burgers were greasy. They also put the wrong burgers in the containers. If you get a to go order here, be sure to check it before leaving. Probably best to eat at the restaurant.

The wait here can be long at times, but it's worth the wait. I don't think they take reservations. We waited about 20 minutes but for an indoor seat. They have a lot more outdoor seating. The waitress was very busy and so forgot a few things. She would evening them. The food and wine selections were very good. I would go back when in the area.
