Really great food, with chicken and steak options. The decor was bland inside, but it was a perfect day to sit outside on the dining patio. Self-serve drinks, trash, cleanup. Was so-so clean. Very tasty and cant wait to go back and try some more items on the menu.

Counter areas all soiled, men’s bathroom was filthy, floors throughout were sticky. Manager spent quite a lot of time scrolling through his phone, while everyone else was working…(perception is 9/10’s of the rule.

I love Viva Chicken and have for years. Best food and service around. Recently though the music is so loud in the dining area I can’t hear my dinner companion. Turn it down, please!
