My sister and I went to this Waffle House Sunday around 2 pm. After sitting in this restaurant for 10 minutes without being greeted or our orders taken, we left. Unfortunately one of us left our keys in the booth and when we returned, the AirPods were missing (stolen). The Find My app stated that the AirPods were still in the establishment meaning someone who was STILL there had stolen them. I plan to never return to this Waffle House location.

We went to get breakfast; this was the day after the snowstorm. The lady who waited on us was super nice and sweet to us! She took our order and drinks! She would come back and ask us if we needed anything else or refills on our drinks! This is why I gave this Waffle House 5 stars! But there is one problem, I was going to give 4 stars but I'm going to leave it at 5 stars. The problem was the jukebox! Every Waffle House has a jukebox, which is really cool! But this particular one, when you try to put the money in there, it wouldn't go in! But hopefully, it will be fixed soon! I will definitely come back to this Waffle House again because all the workers there are super nice! It was in the middle of the morning when we came to eat breakfast! Thank you so much for being so kind to us!

Got a large Togo order today around noon and they weren’t that busy. Plenty of seats. The young lady at the counter that took our order was very nice. We got a soda and a coffee while we waited. She said 10 minutes. Sat at the counter to wait for the $45 Togo order plus cash tip. Mind you, NO ONE is at the counter and NO ONE is waiting to be sat! I have been in the service industry for 20 yrs. I literally do the same thing they do. The manager came over and rudely demanded we move to the seats at the window to wait. When I explained we were only waiting for a couple more minutes and we’d gladly give up our seats if other dine in customers were to arrive, she rolled her eyes so far back in her head I thought she’d fall over. She said we weren’t allowed to sit there. Wow. I understand if you’re busy and you needed those extra seats. But they didn’t. I also understand procedures in a take out/dine in situation. But being kind doesn’t cost a thing. She acted like we were discussing humans and made us really uncomfortable. This was always my favorite WF. But this terror of a manager (I know she was in charge because of her different uniform), ruined it. I would never treat my customers like she did us. Moving to a waiting area was not the issue. It was how she handled the situation. I bet she’s on Santa’s naughty list. Sunday before Christmas. It’s really shameful she couldn’t just be pleasant. Food was still good. And the girl that took our order was super sweet. I feel bad for the waitstaff to have to deal with this terrible woman of a manager.

There's good customer service and then there's this Waffle House! Simply superior to the rest in the city! The food was cooked to a great clean, crisp, the attitude of the staff was friendly. The way it looked especially for the type of food was top notch! Seldom especially for a Waffle House does one call corporate and make a positive statement but this is the rare case. Every bit of the food was great, they even gave a free drink to our kiddo. Kudos the GM!

I've been to this location several times now. The food and service is usually pretty good, but today the customer service could have been tremendously better. The waitress didn't seem as if she wanted to be bothered and it definitely showed in her actions. It felt uncomfortable to even ask for anything.
