Waffle House at 200 West Hanes Mill Rd, Winston-Salem NC 27105. At about 2:43am the lady shown below has been unethical with her work and customer service. I asked for my hashbrowns to be well done (potato chip) crispy, but ended up with regular cooked ones. I told her to please put them on the grill along with my bacon that was soggy. She turned around with an attitude and started huffing and puffing like the wolf and the 3 little pigs proceeding to say ( c'mon I don't got time for this) telling the server. Waiters have attitudes and do not like to clean up tables, phones are more important than cleaning a table. A table is how they earn most their pay but I see why they complain. What a joke
We come here a lot. Food is always up to par. Customer service can be a 50/50 which is shall always be 100% Positive, friendly, welcoming hospitality to the resturant industry. TODAY, we experienced unethical behavior from a waiter today. Attitude or not wanting to work was shown as she said " what you want to drink "? No hello , no smile, no emotion. Ordering our food felt rushed due to her face expressions. Waited 9 1/2 minutes and the syrup was not deliverd or the jam to our table, mind you our food had already been sitting on our table. I hope she fixes her customer service skills and hospitality.

Took my nieces there after their 8th grade graduation bc it was early and was hungry, food was great service was superb prices was reasonable needless to say it was their first time and they enjoyed it they love breakfast or should I say GRITS ?!!!
Dietary restrictions: Would love to enjoy the waffle that comes with the all star breakfast but they don't have sugar free syrup or jelly for my the toast?.

Parking: Not a big parking lot, but it depends on what time of day you go whether or not you'll get a good parking spot.
