An employee filling orders with the huge cart almost ran into me.Another employee said he would not help me find a product since he was filling an order.When did orders become more important than the safety and well being of in-store customers??
Understaffed and ridiculously slow checkout. I won't be back anytime soon.
Worst grocery experience I have had since self checkout was introduced many years ago. They won’t allow you to do self checkout with more than 15 items, but staff is untrained with how to properly bag and work quickly. Store is unorganized and hard to get through due to displays being in the way. It took 45 mins from the moment I got done shopping to get checked out.

Don't use the grocery pickup outside. The phone hasn't worked for the last 6 months and they won't answer inside either. I called every time I parked to give them a spot number and they didn't answer. I have to text my wife to check me in and tell her what spot I'm in. I've made numerous complaints about it. Online and by phone but nobody cares. If they don't care about answering their phone, I don't care to shop at Walmart! There's also a reason I don't go inside anymore but they will have to figure that out on their own. This Walmart location really SUCKS!
Good prices stocked shelves and fair prices
Absolutely ridiculous to have self check out lines with only 3 registration open what's the point you mines will put three cashiers on the register and during the holiday season and if it's 15 items or less then you need to have the person monitoring that to make the line go by a little quicker absolutely ridiculous
I like a place where I can find whatever I'm looking for.

Zero stars if I could. The staff at the self-checkout watched my husband and I scan our orders. Stared! Uncomfortably! Then as we were leaving, called us back in to check our receipts after we had already offered them to look and acknowledged them on our way out. We complied. We bought everything in our cart and we proved it with the receipts. The lady apologized and said that it's just something they have to do. Well, they didnt bother with the other five customers walking out behind us. Anyways, we are not upset about her trying to do her job, we are upset at the discomfort of even going into a Walmart anymore. Making your shoppers feel like criminals and prisoners is not good customer service. Its a big burden that embarrasses honest citizens. You truly are making it difficult to shop at your stores and I hope soon a realization kicks in for everyone involved in your operations. I'm sure this won't be seen but at least I got it off my chest. Have a nice day and thanks for making shopping at Wal-mart AWFUL!

The worst Walmart ever
The bathrooms are always chaos, and the reps are amazing. After a bad experience with the scan and pay option, I had to wait a month for a $400+ refund. It finally came in. Good to know that some things don't end badly! (I do pay with cash from now on.)
