Beautiful place however customer service wasn’t that great. I ordered a cappuccino and just fyi it’s a traditional one so you’ll get a small cup for $6.50. I added a flavor but couldn’t taste it. Disappointed with the drink.

Worst service ever! You should ask for the tip after the service. The blonde girl in the counter doesn't deserve any. We were just 6 ft from the counter and she left our order ON THE TRASH to us pick up the order.

The girl working on Sunday morning 10/12 was all by herself and was doing a wonderful job! She was taking all the orders, making all the coffees and all the food and still had a smile on her face. Amazing job!!

We just ordered two cortados at Waterbean Coffee. First off, I really liked the vibe of the place—the light colors, white tiles with black accents, kind of a clean style. And most importantly, all the little details they put into it really make it feel nice and enjoyable.

Workers seems like they don’t wanna be there. Drinks are good (sometimes) it feels entirely dependent on the mood of the worker from my experience. I know we have bad days but it seems too often and I noticed because I come here about 2-3 times a week. Already gave this place a lot of chances. Time to find a new spot.

Service was very slow. Ignored when we walked in, no “we will get to you in a second” we just stood there waiting. We got the macarons. They were awful!!! I gagged when biting into it. After ripping the body odor tasting pistachio shoe insole of a macaroon, I wasn’t surprised to see they didn’t have much filling. This was the same for every flavor… all disappointing. For the price, definitely not worth it. Especially considering the sub par customer service. When going to small coffee shops one expects personalizable staff interactions. This place disappointed me and my wife heavily!!
My bf and I have been regulars at this location for over a year now! The employees have always been amazing, especially Kenzie and Ash. McKenna makes the BEST specialty coffee drinks! It's right next to taco mama as well so is the perfect spot for a lunch coffee outing.
