Once again, they got my order wrong. I asked for a double stack hamburger with nothing on it and no cheese. I got a double stack with cheese. I also said I would keep the order that was wrong and eat it but, they took it and threw it away. What a waste of food.

The whole place was dirty. Trash everywhere and manager couldn't care less. Food was cold and when I asked the manager if I could get a freah burger, she had an attitude. Need to get rid of that manager ASAP. Do better.

In a pinch with time today, decided I would grab some Wendy's as a convenience and a little treat. Ordered the 2 JBC combo with no mayo.
Both sandwiches are dripping with mayo, and on one there isn't even a beef patty.
Drove back to try and get it corrected, and not only was the second order still wrong, but the manager or whichever lady helped me was combative and argumentative.
For $8 I could have sat down at Pancho Villas and been waited on. I wont make this mistake again.

Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! I've been here twice in the past couple months due to it being close to the hospital and this place is just plain terrible! Slow service, rude employees that obviously hate their jobs (I actually witnessed a very lengthy verbal dispute between a customer and staff), subpar food and a broken soap dispenser in the restroom. I definitely won't be returning!
