Came over an hour before closing with only one other car, could barely take our order through the speaker and had to be told multiple the order multiple times. Then it took them over 30 minutes to get our food to us from the drive through and even then it was wrong. This Wendy’s could not care less about meeting customer needs, or even just fulfilling their orders, if I could give a zero review I could because the lack of service is baffling

Went through drive through ordered two meals, lady read it back to me correctly, (mine was without bun) and told me to pull forward. It was a long wait, which was fine. They took my card, handed me back with my husband’s meal but not mine. When I said mine was missing she wanted me to get back in line because they had not added it to the order. I had my card ready to pay her for the additional sandwich which they neglected to charge me for but I was appalled they expected me to go through all of that again based on the mistake they made.

The employee upnfront had a cold and was coughing even though he covered his mouth with his arm ,his hair was all down in his face. People with Ling hair should be made to wear a hair covering to prevent hair from getting in to people's food or on other surfaces, even when you work in a food warehouse preparing foods one must wear gloves and hair coverings,face coverings at all times and fast food places should be mandatory to prevent food contamination. The soda machine up front was out of Coke,had to ask for same employee that was sick to get me a drink behind the counter and he wasn't even wearing no face covering nor did they have their hair up. Women's bathroom toiletries was just layed out in there and wasn't even placed in the appropriate pla e for tissue paper or paper towels,the floors were dirty throughout and the tables wasn't even cleaned off,very poor management here if any.

This is the worse Wendy's I've ever went to. Their outside doors are locked, handle is broken off the second door, dispensers are broken in the bathroom and there is no honor or pride being taken by the staff at this location.
It is lunchtime and the drive through and dining room are empty. That should tell you how poorly this location is performing right now.
This is a poorly managed and staffed location.
I used to be a diehard fan of Wendy's. I now won't eat at any Wendy's anymore.

I visited this location as it was WSSC homecoming weekend. Food was hot and I didn’t have to wait long for my food to be prepared.

This was previously a good review but something happened. We visited the Akron drive location a day ago on the evening. We noticed there were flies everywhere and the smell of the bathroom hit you head on as soon as you entered the store. Thos was my warning but WE WERE HUNGRY and tired from driving. I ordered a Double and after finishing it an hour later I had to throw up while sitting on the stool with diareah. Waste basket caught the throw up. The commode caught the other. This means my good was mishandled and I'm not surprised with the flies and dirtiness of the store. I have never seen a Wendy's store this filthy and frankly it needs to be inspected . I got very ill at home after eating there and it just seems that certain ethnic groups just don't give a d!!!. From now on I will stick with Dairios where the environment is more conducive to cleanliness ad great food quality. I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's location by any means.

They have a phenomenal manager in the evening, she is quick, attentive and has amazing sanitary practices! Glad they changed management here, it's been a breath of fresh air! Your order will actually be correct and you'll feel valued as a customer. Go look for her, she's adorable and you can't miss her, she will be the one with the big smile!
