Yall telling me I got to drive all the way out here to WS to get the best wendys?? So first, wendys my favorite fast food. Second fries cooked perfectly and FRESH. Third, nuggets cooked perfectly and FRESH. Fourth, the chicken to the lettuce to the bun.. mm perfect and FRESH. Lastly, the customer service lol FRESH very welcoming and friendly. I had to leavea review bc whoever is running operations is making sure things are getting done properly. Almost forgot the Dr p! Bubbly and fresh of course. Thanks guys. Hate that I have to come all the way to WS to get good wendys but absolutely will. Good job to the team for sure!

I have only been through the drive thru at this location, but more times than not, they get my order wrong, the food is stale and gross even during lunch rush, and the workers are inattentive and can't be bothered to do the bare minimum.
Go to literally any other Wendy's if you want Wendy's.
I'm done giving this location more chances.

Ordered a large iced coffee and when the cashier handed me a small iced coffee I tried to tell her that it was the wrong size and she rudely replied that it was correct even tho the day before at another location I received a true large. Wouldn't waste your time or money here.

This is consistently the WORST Wendy's within a 10 mile radius. We moved here almost 2 years ago, and it was okay back then, but has been steadily declining. Fries are typically dry and cold. The patties are thin and chewy like cardboard, buns are always stale, tomatoes are mushy from being old and frozen- 1 out of 10 (hunger gives food flavor hence the 1). The nuggets are mediocre if they are hot, if not, 2 out of 10 (same reason as before). Frostys are good when available. The drive thru cashiers are usually nice. Their bathrooms are clean enough, just don't touch anything. We used to come here as a first choice, now it's literally the last place we will go. It's a shame. It's got to be the franchise owner being cheap and trying to "make do". it's the only explanation. Go to the one in Clemmons, they are FAR better.

I waited in thr drive through and no one took my order. Saw a guy walking around the parking lot with a headset on. I left when I realized they had the same guy taking orders and walking orders out to cars. Hire more employees. Not fair to them or customers.

This location is ran so poorly they might need to be shut down or all replaced. The place is never clean. They always have standing water on the floor with no safety signs. They will have you wait at the speaker with no one ahead of you for 10 minutes plus minutes. If you place a mobile order be prepared to just cancel it. I attempted for over 30 minutes between the drive through with no one ahead and walking inside where they would not even acknowledge me to get for them to try to complete the order. My only option was to cancel by phone as they looked me in the face from afar but wouldnât come up to the counter. I will never use this one again as literally anything else is better than this location.
