My husband and I are traveling and stopped at this Wendy’s. The employee said there would be a 4 minute wait and offered us a free frosty. They were out of chocolate which is what I asked for so I asked for vanilla with caramel and he brought both me and my husband huge frostys and extra fry when our food was ready. Excellent service. He really went above and beyond!

I went through the drive thru and can you say NEVER AGAIN!! First of all I was in the line for over 10 minutes. My food tasted like it was leftover from earlier in the day. As long as I was in the drive thru I thought my food would be HOT AND FRESH!! But NO!! I got the exact opposite!! I got a jr bacon cheeseburger 4 for 4 with NO ICE in my Hi-C .. first of all the burger was cold .. not even warm .. my nuggets tasted old and were very dark and hard .. my fries tasted like and looked like their scraped them from the sides of the warmer .. THEY WERE OLD ABD COLD!! And lastly my HI-C HAD ICE IN IT 😡😡😡😡 .. I didn’t even eat the food .. my first time there and CERTAINLY MY LAST !! And one lady mask was not even pulled up over her mouth 😳
10/02/25 I went today, and I bought a large chili with onion, a sour cream & chive potatoe, and a medium strawberry lemonade. I don’t know why I came to this location after being disappointed a few times before, but I can assure you that today was my last time going! The sold me an ice cold chilli, and an old potato! I had to throw them away! They are so wrong for selling me the food that they did!! They don’t care!! I’ll drive the few extra miles to go to Coverdale Wendy’s from now and on! This Peters Creek Location should be ashamed!

The service at the window was decent, I felt having to be pulled forward to wait for my order when the order was placed in advance through the mobile app was a little confusing.. What really bothered me was that an employee who was walking into their shift, has the gall to look me dead in the eyes and start yelling “It’s too early for this shit” to someone he was on the phone with.
I really don’t appreciate being shamed for wanting to eat before I go to work? I don’t want to be up that early either, but there’s only so much we can control — including our attitudes.
Don’t go to Wendy’s for breakfast unless you want to be shamed for existing!

Burger was completely cold, burger and bun was burned, literally only thing that sufficed was the chicken nuggets, and the boy that worked the register with a nasty attitude, is diabolical, I get bad days, but on top of that bad food, like I literally paid for a stomach ache and a burger with hair on it, yall should be shame, no shade. Lastly.. I’m very confused as to why the chili was seeping out of the bag, half open.. like I have never ever experienced anything like it..

Person at drive thu has a bad attitude. Came back a week later went inside . I waited over 10 minutes and no one ever came to the register. Sadly no one was in the drive thru or inside. What are they doing in the back? Wendy’s went down hill when Dave Thomas died. Wendy’s is now the worst fast food joint . I bet the employees will laugh at this review because it’s obvious they don’t care. If I ran this place I would clean house from top to bottom
