It’s my go to place since it’s near the house the service is always good and the lasts night shift staff is great always greeting you with a smile and asking how your day is going.

Horrible service, they couldn’t have been more rude. I had a deal on my phone from the app and the girl who took my order (a short blond girl) didn’t know how to get it, it seemed like she was new so it would have been ok but she started giving attitude to me AND MY GRANDMOTHER. 4 workers came before they could figure out how to do the deal. I’ve never had it be so confusing and take so long at any other Wendy’s I’ve been to. When they gave me the food, the worker that was short with blonde hair said “here” in a rude tone and slammed it on the counter. You think that’s bad? To top it off, one of the workers had spit all over her face, blood on her cheek, and was spitting while talking on me. It was disgusting and we lost our appetite. She didn’t wash her hands after touching my phone or the counter or a load of other stuff before she cooked our food. Food was very dry and cold. Not fresh. Also, there should be a discount for seniors of 10% off of the order, when we asked if they do they, they gave a rude look and said “uhm no.”

I wish I could give zero stars. I will never go back to this place. The wrong price was displayed, and the cashier was rude when I asked about it. She slammed the service window in my face. I opened it a little and asked to speak to the manager. Another person slammed the window shut. A man came to the window, and he identified himself as manager. I told him about the rude worker and told him about the price discrepancy. He slammed the window shut in my face.This Wendy's is close to my mom's, but I will never buy here again. They always have issues. Slow lines, wrong food, wrong prices, etc. Bad bad bad!!!

The young lady who works there is always pleasant She's extremely respectful. She trains the new workers . Next time in town I will personally tell her myself . She even gave me an extra burger after the wrong order was applied with a $7.00 biggie bag .
