This store takes forever to get an order out and when they do it looks like a 5 year old put it together. Wendy's used to be a top of the line fast food restaurant years ago now, just just another crappy join.

Friendly staff. I wonder if the manager knows the workers are handing out free food to their friends?
15 min lines every time and only 1-2 cars in drivethrough with empty parking lots. Ticket times here are ABSURDLY long. Pretty much pull in and wait 10 min to get to order then hear nothing for 5 min. On average its about a 20 min wait for a $5 meal.
Never given through window either, always at the door.

This is the second time I go to this location and my food is always cold I try calling to try to make it right and they tell me that I have to bring my food back I’m not going to be driving 20 min back just to bring the food back

On this faithful night, I went to Wendy’s because they were close and I was hungry. I usually do not go to this one, but I was on this side of town and decided to use the drive-thru since it was raining outside.
My service was good, the young man who took my order was charming, and even needed a minute to settle himself after the last order and asked me very politely to wait, which I did. He then took my order. I received my order and everything was correct, except that they missed the sauce I requested. No worries, all was well, but they did make a mistake there.
Not bad, not great, but its fast food, so this is sorta what you can expect.

I’m not sure why it’s so hard to remember sauces? But every time we order from here they forget the sauces.

I think having 1 star rated is too much for this restaurant, I was walking to the Wendy’s after a dentist appointment at a nearby office when my sisters and I go to the drive thru, because my sisters had school and I have work so we are patiently waiting for our order to be taken that’s when a burgundy car pulls up and we let them go first because it seemed like the polite thing to do since we had been waiting for a while. After there order gets taken VERY QUICKLY I might add we wait some more , basically at this point we are being ignored there is no communication on the inside so whoever you have working there is making yall look very bad . I don’t know if it’s policy and you can’t take orders for people who walk on foot? If that’s the case you can respectfully communicate that and let us know but yea that’s just not ok

I went to Wendy's and got 3 burgers, 2 fries and nuggets. They got the toppings on the burgers wrong. And I didn't realize they left out the nuggets till I got home...30 mins away. So I called them, they said to come back in the next day to pick it up. So I did and I waited outside for 15 mins and they never brought it out to me.
I ended up leaving since I didn't feel like taking my 3 kids out of the car to go talk to them. Terrible customer.

When I got home and got situated I went to bite into this wrap the chicken was extremely dry and hard; unfortunately I did not get a receipt so not able to take it back. I don’t understand you can tell if the chicken is dry but you still make customers food with it… if you don’t want your food to be served like this then why would you do others like this… unacceptable

I stopped by Wendy’s to get a breakfast sandwich since they have been advertising it so much lately on television. I pulled up to the drive through and there was nowhere to see what they had for breakfast. It was their regular lunch and dinner menu. When she asked what I wanted I said I did not see no breakfast items displayed, she stated…..”We probably did not switch the boards over”. Then offered me a biscuit special but I said I did not like biscuits, so she mentioned a croissant with sausage, egg & cheese so I went with that as my meal. The employee’s were outside hanging out since nobody was in the store. When she came to charge me she asked me to pull up and they would take my food to me when ready. I was the only customer in the drive thru and not one single customer inside (took a pic)! After waiting a few my food was brought out, the employee was nice and courteous so no complaints there. The sandwich was ok for a fast food meal. Regular size croissant, egg tasted fresh, sausage had a little kick to it and it had Mayo which I love. Fries that come with it are like smaller potato wedges and great seasoning. It was hot so no complaint there, of all the fast food egg sandwiches, this is probably one of the better ones. Hate that menu board was not displayed properly and noticed that a lot of fast food employees are talking to you from headsets from the parking lot. The new breed of workers I suppose.

I liked the serve and food. The tea needs to improve. Add more tea bags to the water.The tea bag use is only enough to color the water. Real Tea strength equals great taste. Please! Fix the tea into GREAT tea. It's colored water.

Black women cashier never hands me my receipt or cups just leaves and is always in a grump mood. Not good service
