The bathrooms were nasty. The tables were nasty. They lost our order and there was only 1 order ahead of ours. We had to go back to the counter to tell them what we ordered. In fact, we handed them our receipt to make our order. We waited way too long for our food. However, once we got our food, it was good. I will also say the employees were nice. The last few times I've been here the service has been lacking. I believe there were 5 or 6 employees. When we left, there was not 1 employee to be seen in the store. At least 3 of them were outside. I've given them enough chances and I won't be back to this store. This store used to be awesome. Not anymore.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. For starters when we first placed our order the lady taking our order was rushing us as if she was over her day. Had I not said something she wouldn’t have let me finish. Then you have some guy who clearly not there in the head who’s walking around the cars in the drive through and that to me seemed a bit uncomfortable. Then he proceeded to go inside and rudely ask me to park in the parking lot because our order was taking too long. As we parked he just stares at me as if he wants to murder me. This place really needs to get itself in order. Wallburg normally has friendly people but not at this Wendy’s clearly

This place remains the worst. Can't take more than 2 orders at a time, not friendly, what do you want? 2nd window, no please, no thank you, nothing that says he wasn't raised under the building. 15 minutes and still the fries were cold and old, the sandwich was old, no straw, no sauce, no napkins in the bag. Close down, start over and let someone else buy it, you consistently suck.

I got some Wendy's coupons in the mail. Used one and they were not sure how to process it and I waited for 10 minutes to figure it out. The young lady at this Wendy's process the coupon instantly plus she was super duper friendly/professional. I ordered 2 Dave's Doubles & somehow they were ready in about two minutes, plus were hot and delicious. Thanks
