Stood there 10 min everybody saw nobody waited on me... only me in the place 1 car in drive through.. Never have i been treated this way... 2 pm sat afternoon... i will never go to this place again..

The staff is extremely rude and awful with customer service. I saw some guy yelling and getting an attitude with an old lady who was asking him a simple question. They are drastically unprofessional and unorganized. I don’t know who got their panties in a twist but it ain’t that hard to not be an asshole to nice people who are PAYING for your service. I work in a restaurant and yes frustrating moments do happen but there was no reason for every employee there to be acting the way they were.

Their Customer Service Was Good. She Greeted Me With A Smile & My Food Was Hot & Fresh, It Was Also Clean For It To Have Been The Evening From Being Open In The Am. Their Service Was Also Fast, So Overall It Was A Good Experience There ☺️ I Did Have To Figure Out How To Use There Fancy Drink Machine 🤣 But I Definitely Like The New Drink Machine!!! So With That Said It Was One Of The Good Wendy's I've Been To In Awhile!!!!!

I went to this Wendy’s on 10/24 around 830 and had a large order and the manager (Jessica) and the cashier (quandra) was absolutely amazing they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed the atmosphere was amazing I give this experience a 10/10

First off it took almost 10mins to get my food all I ordered was a biggie bag & you'd think it would be hot ,but no it was all cold and not good at all. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION! The atmosphere only got a 3 star because the outside of the restaurant was clean. I didn't go in.

Took a chance and got burned. Only have 30 minute lunch break but hey it’s 3 minutes down the road. Ordered thru the app. Added pickup time earlier than my lunch break just in case. Walked in and had to wait 15 minutes to make the burgers. Granted if it was busy I would understand but there were no orders ahead of me and drive thru was 2 cars. Had just enough time to get back to work and scarf down the wrong burger. Didn’t even get what I ordered.

I came here because Capitalism commanded it. I had to try the Krabby Meal. I was looking forward to the Krabby Meal box used in all the advertising. I knew the burger was basically just a Dave's single and the Fries were fries. I didn't expect much from the shake either. Even with these mild expectations I was still disappointed. If I didn't tell you, you'd have no idea I ordered a SpongeBob branded meal. There was no branding on any of the food items, and most importantly no box. Fine, I expected they might let me down here, but food is food. Well of course you all know the story... They got my order wrong. My wife's "Krabby Patty" had the wrong toppings and mine... Well the buns were burnt. I had to throw the bun out. It ruined any redeeming qualities of the burger. $18 for two poorly made burgers, A fry, and a Frosty. I wouldn't have left this review if they hadn't messed up AND burned our food. What a waste of such a promising branding opportunity...
