Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food drive-thru. They claim they didn't even know how to make what we ordered. When we ask for a refund they told us we'd have to go through the app. Now I'm disputing with my bank. Thanks Wendy's never will come back again!

Shame on me. I keep thinking the food and service will get better. Was served a burger with the plastic bread tie in it. The manager told me to " get over it". The drive through window service was just as bad. I told them they forgot part of the order, it was thrown into my car. After a yr, i thought id give it another chance...no change..wont bother again.

The worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Got a sausage English muffin with French toast sticks. Bread fell apart in my hands, the sticks weren’t done. Threw it all away and ate the taters. Stick to lunch, that was a fail, spent $10.36

Just went thru the drive thru. The girl at the window was rude and had an attitude. We will not be going to this Wendy’s again. November 14th at 5:19. Maybe some re-training would help.
Only two guys running the place tonight. I felt bad for them. But they got the order wrong. Fries were cold and the large fry container was half full. Sadly, won't be going back.

Awful you smell weed and if the inside is closed they play rap music inside. There never dress clean. This place needs to just shut down.

Update 9/9/23: gave it another try. They left out ALL of the side items for the entire order. Had to go back to get it corrected. Still can’t get an order correct.Update: I gave it seven months and decided to try again. This time they forgot the fries with our order. Not worth driving back for fries. I guess I’ll try again next year.Drive through associate has a terrible attitude. Forgot 3 frostys and seemed irritated that we corrected her. Got home and found they also forgot a double bbq cheeseburger and all of the sauces for my kids nuggets. If you’re going to have an attitude about doing your job, this obviously isn’t the right job for you.
