The food is good, each dish is freshly prepared, and the service is prompt. The staff is warm, friendly and attentive. For good food served with a smile at a reasonable rate, you can't beat it.

Food in the buffet was very bland, the pork tenderloin was cold, mashed potatoes and white gravy had 0% flavor along with the very runny Mac and Cheese.Service, the wait staff was awesome. Drinks were always full. And very chipper.

Place deserves a better score than the 2 it has to me. The staff is pleasant especially the young lady that's currently pregnant. I didn't get her name sue me lol. They have in my opinion the 3rd best tasting burger in NC I've had to date. It's ranked behind this hole in wall in Statesville biker looking place & another place in Hiddenite behind Hiddenite Auto Service. It's not fancy or over the top just a really good tasting burger. The hummingbird cake got dang that baby is good! I would have gave them 5 stars but the onion rings were literally the worst I ever had. My best friend who had some too set me up with a question on taste. I said they taste like nothing. He totally agreed laughing they had zero taste. Air has more flavor honestly. It may be a vendor issue though so no total slight on them. I wouldn't even serve em honestly & find a new vendor.

I usually love West Town and haven't had any issues before. I am currently 7 months pregnant and this undercooked chicken tender has me terrified. I don't understand how this could have made it on to the hot bar for serving. I am so hoping that the tender I ate before I discovered the raw one was cooked. Either way this tender was with the rest of them, which may mean that the whole batch was contaminated. I don't think I can stomach a trip back

First time customer. I actually Google it first and the food looks good. So , We tried...and I was super satisfied!! Had a Double cheese Burger without lettuce and French fries ? . Wow!!? I actually ate the whole burger and most of my fries, that's because it was that good!!Now..I have a special Burger spot.??

And the greeting from the owner, who's definitely no stranger to hard work, was truly warm and amazing!I will always continue to be a loyal customer as well as a member of the west town eatery family! Great restaurant....... Food is NEVER bland, it actually taste fantastic! They season the food to perfection.......! Small and quaint dining area but always plenty of room, well lit. And last but not least, very friendly and hospitable wait staff!!! I would give more stars if I possibly could but it only allows me to give 5 stars.....!!!!??????

They have a hot bar, as well as a menu to order from. Their food is always hot & fresh. The food stays hot for a long time. Great customer service. They have dine in & carry out. I have never been disappointed.
