I was halfway through my pho when I found a hair entwined with my noodles. Immediately put me off my meal - I flagged it to the waitress and asked for the check. The best part? She offered my a whopping discount of $1 off my bill - what a wildly disappointing experience.

Worst Vietnamese food I have ever eaten. I ordered the shrimp and pork roll vermicelli bowl. There were only 3 shrimp in the entire bowl and they were very overcooked, probably microwaved. The pork roll tasted like something frozen reheated. Bowl barely had any vegetables - a few cucumbers and bean sprouts. Won't be coming back here.

Placed an online order via their wedsite. Order was transferred to door dash for delivery. Received a call shortly before their closing time asking would the order be picked up. I Explained to them it was a delivery and was supposed to be forfiled via door dash. I asked if they'd wait for us to come and pick up the order, they stated no. I received a call from Malic C from door dash stating he went to get the order and the doors were closed. Malic checked with other establishments in the facility to see if they left the order there.
LONG STORY SHORT, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED ALMOST $49 FOR AN ORDER I DID NOT RECEIVE AND THEY WE'RE NO WILLING TO LET ME COME AND GET THE FOOD.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THEY KEPT THE FOOD AND POSTED THE CHARGE TO MY BANK.

The Summer Rolls are the best as well as the Vermicelli Shrimp
Went whilst visiting family and loved it. I am a Pho-antic and this place had some of the best Pho I have ever tasted. I loved the pork Bahn mi and plan on going back for the fresh rolls and fried rice before my visit ends. The clean and friendly atmosphere adds to your dining experience.

This was the most cleanest and friendliest place i have ever been to while living in winston. It was clean and the workers were very professional. They seated us as soon as we walked in and i literally waited 5 minutes for my food to come out after i ordered. If you love Pho this is the place to go while in winston salem!!
can’t begin to explain how amazing the staff is. After visiting this restaurant continuously for a couple of months, we’ve grown fond of each other, it truly feels like seeing friends whenever I go. They are always so kind and welcoming.
The atmosphere is calm, cozy, and filled with a sense of family love that makes every visit special. Today we had the pleasure of trying the chicken and beef fried rice, and it was absolutely incredible so flavorful and perfectly cooked. And their homemade chili oil? I can’t get enough of it!
Honestly, I haven’t had a single dish here that I didn’t love. Everything is consistently fresh, delicious, and made with care. Without a doubt, this has become my favorite place to eat in Winston Salem. Between the amazing food, the calming atmosphere, and the staff’s wonderful energy, it’s truly a gem.
