This is my second time. The first time was awful, but I wanted to give them a second chance after a couple of months. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. The burger was nasty worst bun I have ever had. I waited a ridiculous amount of time for the time I was waiting. The food was overpriced by a few bucks. Also, their ice cream machine went down apparently Because when I ordered a shake, they told me so, and this was already after I had ordered: It took way too long to even speak to someone about ordering and then once ordered it took way too long. I will not be coming back very disappointed.

I'm not exactly sure what the hype is all about. I've tried them for breakfast, then for lunch, then breakfast again. My food has never been hot. Cheese isn't even melted. And my bag has always been grease bound. Can I have a heart attack please. I'm sorry but three strikes, you're out. Not for me,that's for sure.

From visit to visit, the best burger anywhere. Staff is accommodating. Lots of menu variety. Downside, give yourself plenty of time because the service is quite slow.

Waited longer than 15min everybody on the other lane kept getting their orders taken and i kept being skipped this is my first and last time coming here.

Well I waited over 45 mins for fast food. Food came out cold. Manager no where to be found. For a new restaurant it's not get it's crap together. Poor management from the top. Couldn't get refund due to Manager absence on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm. Never going back!

Waited over 45 mins to not receive my food while everyone around me was getting theirs. Then on the way to my table to worker drops our food all over the floor. Asked for a refund since I’m not waiting another 20+ mins for a new meal only for them to take another 15+ mins to figure out how to refund the meal. this location is pure crap and I will not be back. They should have left this a PDQ the service was phenomenal when it was a PDQ.

This should be called whatajoke because its a joke how bad this restaurant is. I don't know what all the hype is about but I will not ever return. My first time visiting was 2 day ago. I had 45 mins. to burn before my 1:45pm appointment down the street needless to say I was late my appointment because I sat in their drive thru for 50 minutes waiting to place my order and to receive my food. Let's talk about the food. So I ordered the #1 combo whataburger fries and drink and whatasized it to a large. The two drive thru lanes that were open was clearly not being ran in the order the tickets were being processed. I watched 10 cars come around after me and get their order and food and leave all while I sat and waited. They are very unorganized and the young lady that was taking order in the outer lane was delivering food to the wrong cars as I sat and watched. When my order finally came out my fries were stone cold. Like how is that even possible? The burger was a mix BTW burger king and Wendy's. It was a nice size but it tasted horrible and the amount of large chopped onions were very overwhelming amd it had too much mustard and not enough seasoning for me. After being late for my appointments I have decided to never return to another whatburger. Please be advised only go of you have a lot of time to waste because they are beyond slow and very unorganized. Do better.

I enjoyed all of it. The burger was huge and tasted great! French fries were very tasty and fresh! Milk shake was killer! My husband says the exact same thing! Employee's were wonderful, place was clean, atmosphere was good, had me in and out. It was my first time there and the employee was very helpful! YES! 💞 Will be going back! Tonight!

After a short 37 minute wait for an order that I placed at the self seve kiosk I received my burger and fry. Watched as other waited and ate there food around me, of course not without a waitimefor there food either. After asking about my meal not once but twice I have decided that this will be my first and last trip to this establishment. Not complaining only giving others a heads up as what to expect. I was however given an apple pie for my looooooonnnnnnggggggg wait. Thanks

Service was kind of slow for a fast food place, which would have been forgivable if it was an outstanding burger. It’s NOT an outstanding burger; it was OK. It’s a good-sized burger, it has some weight to it, but the taste was only average. I also ordered the apple pie, which is comparable to McDonald’s. I can’t speak on what it was like inside, as I used the drive-thru window.
